1 .Pre-Operation Inspection & Safety
Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and fuel levels; inspect hoses/joints for leaks. Never operate with fluid leaks or low levels.
Verify outriggers, boom sections, and pins for wear, looseness, or damage; tighten loose parts. Do not use damaged components.
Test safety devices: seat belt, emergency stop, 360° camera, horn, touchscreen, and overload alarm. Ensure all safety systems are functional.
Check tire pressure/wear and outrigger pads; place pads on firm, level ground. Never extend outriggers on soft or uneven surfaces.
Confirm the work area is clear of personnel, obstacles, and power lines (minimum 10m distance). No unauthorized personnel within the swing radius.
2 .Starting & Operation
Enter the cab, fasten the seat belt, adjust the seat, and set all levers to neutral.
Turn the key to “ON”, wait 15s for system self-check, then start the engine; idle 3–5min to warm up. Do not overload during warm-up.
Extend outriggers fully, level the crane via the touchscreen, and set the lifting mode (standard/heavy). Never lift without fully extended and leveled outriggers.
Operate levers: left for slewing/boom luffing, right for boom extension/hook hoisting; use slow, smooth movements. Avoid sudden starts, stops, or jerky motions.
Monitor the load moment indicator; never exceed the rated capacity. Reduce load on slopes >2° or in wind >6m/s.
3 .Post-Operation & Safety
Lower the hook to the ground, retract the boom fully, and stow outriggers.
Idle the engine for 2–3min to cool down, then turn it off.
Clean the cab and inspect for damage; record operating hours and any issues.
Never leave the crane unattended with a suspended load.
