Product Uses
1. Urban Construction and Civil Engineering
Ideal for lifting precast components, pipes, steel materials, and other construction supplies at building sites. Its maximum 15-meter hydraulic boom extension and 360° full rotation capability effectively cover common low-rise construction work areas, enabling tasks like small equipment installation.
2. Logistics Transportation and Cargo Handling
Efficiently handles heavy cargo, machinery, and materials in ports, warehouses, factories, and similar facilities. Its 360° full rotation design enables agile operation in confined yards, reducing reliance on additional equipment.
3. Highway and High-Speed Rail Construction & Maintenance
Commonly used for highway maintenance tasks like hoisting guardrails, signage, or small repair equipment. Its high mobility allows rapid site access, and hydraulic outriggers enable stable operation alongside roadways. Also participates in high-speed rail projects, such as installing ballastless tracks, protective barriers, and supporting utility poles.
4. Power Equipment Installation and Maintenance
Assists in installing and maintaining small transformers, cable reels, and other electrical equipment. Its precise control system enables accurate lifting in confined spaces.
5. Landscaping and Municipal Maintenance
Used for transporting trees and large potted plants in landscaping projects, or replacing streetlights in municipal maintenance. The equipment has demonstrated outstanding performance in Thai landscaping projects, adapting to harsh conditions and delivering reliable, long-term operation.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, ensure outriggers are fully extended and securely supported on solid, level ground. Always adhere to the load moment indicator (LMI) readings and never exceed the rated load capacity. Smoothly control the boom's lifting, slewing, luffing, and telescoping movements via the control console or remote control. A designated signal person must supervise operations to ensure cargo is securely fastened and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular equipment maintenance. Operators must be certified.
FAQ
1. WHAT CAUSES EXCESSIVE NOISE IN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM?
This is typically due to insufficient hydraulic fluid, degraded oil quality, clogged suction filters, or air ingress into the hydraulic pump. Inspect the oil level, replace the hydraulic fluid and filters, and eliminate air leaks in the intake lines.
2. HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT INSUFFICIENT ENGINE POWER?
Check if the air filter is clogged, verify the fuel filter is functioning properly, and ensure the turbocharger is operating effectively. Clean or replace filters and service the turbocharging system.
3. HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT A NON-FUNCTIONING LIGHTING SYSTEM?
Check for blown fuses, damaged bulbs, and secure wiring connections. Replace fuses and bulbs, and inspect wiring.
4. HOW TO ADDRESS WEAK TRAVEL PERFORMANCE?
Verify transmission fluid level and inspect for clutch or torque converter malfunctions. Top up transmission fluid and service the drivetrain.
5. HOW TO RESOLVE AUTOMATIC BOOM LOWERING?
Check if the boom cylinder seals are damaged and if the hold valve is functioning properly. Replace cylinder seals and repair the hold valve.
6. HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT SUDDEN SHUTDOWN DURING OPERATION?
Check if fuel is depleted, if circuit fuses are blown, or if safety locks have been accidentally triggered. Refill fuel, inspect circuits, and examine safety devices.
