1. Large-Scale Earthmoving Projects
The XE360E is ideally suited for earthmoving operations on large construction sites and infrastructure projects. With a 37-ton operating weight, 1.6m³ bucket capacity, and 242kN bucket digging force, it efficiently handles extensive excavation, loading, and grading tasks, effectively ensuring construction progress.
2. Mining Operations
With its robust power (rated at 184kW) and rugged structural design, this machine excels at heavy-duty tasks in mining environments. Its modular construction facilitates maintenance, ensuring high uptime and durability in demanding, high-intensity mining conditions.
3. High-Temperature and Harsh Environment Operations
The XE360E features turbocharged technology and an automatic preheating system, enabling adaptation to high-altitude working conditions. Additionally, models customized for overseas high-temperature markets (e.g., the Middle East) incorporate upgrades such as a high-efficiency, low-pressure-loss hydraulic system and large-capacity buckets to withstand extreme conditions like temperatures up to 42°C and dusty environments.
4. Comprehensive and General Construction Applications
As a medium-sized excavator, the XE360E offers excellent versatility. It can be widely deployed in various construction scenarios requiring excavation and material handling of soil and other substances, serving as a primary piece of equipment in numerous engineering projects.
Before operation, thoroughly inspect the hydraulic oil level and structural component condition. After starting, idle for 5-8 minutes to warm up the hydraulic system. During operation, maintain the engine within the economical RPM range, operate the control handles smoothly, and avoid overloading. Closely monitor dashboard warning messages and regularly clean the cooling system. After prolonged operation, idle for 3-5 minutes before shutting down. Strictly adhere to maintenance intervals for replacing filters and fluids.
1. WHICH PAYMENT TERMS CAN YOU ACCEPT?
