Operation Guide
1 Pre-operation Inspection
Check AC connection, battery power, tire condition and hydraulic oil level.
Inspect safety railings, extendable platform and locking pins to ensure firm installation.
Test emergency stop, tilt alarm and pothole protection for normal operation.
Clear on-site obstacles and confirm the ground is flat, solid and within the 25% slope limit.
2 Driving Operation
Turn the key switch to ON to start the machine.
Control forward and backward movement via joystick. Speed will be limited when the platform is elevated.
Steer gently. Do not make sharp turns or drive on slopes over 25% during high-altitude operation.
3 Lifting & Lowering
Press the lift button to raise the platform and release to stop.
Press the lower button to descend. Keep the area below clear of people and obstacles.
Extend the auxiliary platform only after the main platform is fully lifted. Never exceed the rated load.
4 Safety Regulations
Overload is strictly prohibited: 320kg for main platform and 120kg for extended platform.
Do not travel on slopes exceeding 25% while the platform is raised.
Operators must wear safety harness during high-altitude work.
Fully lower and retract the platform before moving the lift.
5 Shutdown & Maintenance
Lower the platform completely and retract the extended deck.
Turn off the key switch and disconnect the power supply.
Clean the machine and check for loose parts or damage.
Charge the battery timely after use. Keep battery power at around 80% for long-term storage.
Store the machine in a dry and ventilated place.
