Operation Guide
1 Pre-operation Inspection
Check the AC connection, battery power level, tire status and hydraulic oil volume.
Inspect safety railings, extendable platform and locking pins to confirm firm and intact installation.
Test the emergency stop, tilt alarm and pothole protection devices to ensure normal operation.
Clear on-site obstacles and verify the ground is flat, solid and within the 25% slope limit.
2 Driving Operation
Turn the key switch to ON position to start the equipment.
Control forward and backward movement via the joystick; the travel speed will be automatically limited when the platform is elevated.
Steer gently during operation. Avoid sharp turns or driving on slopes over 25% during high-altitude working states.
3 Lifting & Lowering
Press the lift button to raise the platform and release the button to stop lifting.
Press the lower button to descend the platform; ensure no personnel or obstacles exist in the lower area.
Extend the auxiliary platform only after the main platform is fully lifted. Never exceed the specified rated load.
4 Safety Regulations
Overloading is strictly prohibited: 320kg for the main platform and 120kg for the extended platform.
Do not drive on slopes exceeding 25% while the platform is raised.
Operators must wear safety harnesses when conducting high-altitude operations.
Fully lower and retract the platform before moving the scissor lift.
5 Shutdown & Maintenance
Completely lower the platform and retract the extended deck.
Turn off the key switch and disconnect the power supply.
Clean the equipment and check for loose parts or component damage.
Charge the battery in a timely manner after use. Maintain battery power at about 80% for long-term storage.
Store the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
