The new type radiator with integral brazing technology and robot welding is equipped with a positive pressure degassing expansion tank to improve the service life of the pump, it can quickly remove the gas in the engine and the waterway, reduce rust, and meet the requirements of 50 °C environment.

Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation: Pre-check the excavator's fluid levels, fuel, hydraulic oil, and lubricant sufficiency to ensure the machine is in good condition.
2. Pre-Operation Procedures: Turn off the engine power switch, pull the manual shut-off switch, then activate the excavator's main power switch.
3. Engine Start-up: Adjust the control lever inside the cab to switch the control mode to “lever” mode. Then press the engine start button to start the excavator's engine.
4. System Check: After engine startup, wait for the machine's self-diagnostic cycle. Monitor all gauge indicator lights to confirm proper system operation.

A: First check if battery terminals are loose or corroded, if battery voltage is insufficient, if fuses are blown, and if the starter relay/magnetic switch is faulty.
