Product Introduction
XP303 pneumatic tire roller is a large-tonnage pneumatic tire roller produced according to market requirements, which will take pneumatic tires as working device for compacting paved materials. The pneumatic tire roller is mainly applicable for compacting operation of asphalt pavement, foundation layer, secondary foundation layer, dam and flling engineering. It is an ideal set of compacting equipment for building high grade highway, airport, port, dam and industrial construction site.
Product Advantage
Intelligent and precise: By real-time regulation of tire pressure, it achieves "one machine with multiple uses", significantly enhancing construction adaptability and economy.
High efficiency and reliability: Heavy-duty chassis and imported key components ensure the equipment's availability under extreme working conditions.
Green and environmentally friendly: Complies with the latest emission standards, and the noise control is superior to the industry level.

Product Uses
High-grade highways: Final compaction of asphalt surface layer to ensure high density and smoothness of the road surface.
Airport runway: A scenario with extremely high requirements for pavement compaction quality.
Port and wharf: Heavy foundation layer compaction and asphalt surface layer construction.
Water conservancy projects: earthwork compaction for DAMS and embankments.
Product Operate Guide
Before operating the XP303, it is necessary to unify the tire pressure through the intelligent system (400-500 kpa for the base layer / 700-800 kpa for the surface layer) and check the sprinkler system. During operation, adjust the tire pressure and speed in three stages: initial pressure, re-pressure, and final pressure. At the final pressure, the vibration static pressure rubbing should be turned off. Pay attention to the speed limit of 3km/h when turning. Regularly clean the tires and check the torque of the bolts. For details, please refer to the operation manual.
FAQ
A: 1. Select "Tire Pressure Adjustment" on the cab control panel; 2. Set the target pressure value (adjustable from 200 to 1000kPa); 3. The system automatically balances the pressure of each tire. During the process, the equipment must remain stationary.
A: Check as follows:
Confirm that the water level in the water tank is greater than 50% and clean the filter screen of the filter.
Check if the nozzle is clogged (a fine needle needs to be used to clear it);
If the water pump malfunctions, check the circuit fuse and the hydraulic drive pressure.
Base compaction: The ground specific pressure can be increased and the compaction effect enhanced by adding counterweights (such as sand, gravel, and iron blocks).
Surface layer compaction: The counterweight should be reduced to avoid excessive compression causing damage to the aggregates.
The specific counterweight should be selected by referring to the operation manual based on the material type and thickness.
Check whether the pressures of the left and right tires are consistent.
Check whether the tire wear is uniform.
Check whether there is one-sided resistance in the braking system or steering system.
Daily: Check the engine oil, hydraulic oil level, tire pressure and tread damage.
Every 50 hours: Clean the sprinkler filter and check the torque of the tire fixing bolts.
Every 250 hours: Replace the hydraulic oil filter element and check the reliability of the braking system.
Clean the residual materials on the fuselage and tires to prevent corrosion.
Lift the tire pads off the ground and reduce the tire pressure to half pressure.
Start the engine once a month and run the hydraulic system for no less than 10 minutes.
