Product Introduction
The RT90E features a dual-axle heavy-duty chassis with two drive modes and four steering configurations, achieving a minimum turning radius of just 7.5 meters for exceptional maneuverability in confined, rugged terrain. Its 60% maximum gradeability and top speed of 36 km/h ensure outstanding mobility. With a maximum lifting capacity of 90 tons and a peak lifting moment of 3140 kN·m, the 5-section main boom extends up to 46 meters. When combined with the jib, the total reach reaches 63.5 meters, delivering formidable lifting power and an extensive working range.
Product Advantage
Specialized energy-saving hydraulic system. The torque converter with lockout function has features of large torque at low speeds and high efficiency at high speeds. Elevating control system for freefall, without additional
power needed.
Two driving types of 4×2 and 4×4 are adopted with forwards and backwards driving function. Four steering modes, min. turning radius is only 7.5m.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for lifting and transporting large ore blocks, stone materials, heavy equipment components, and installing pipelines in mines and quarries. Its rugged chassis and powerful off-road capability (maximum gradeability of 60%)—paired with specialized off-road tires and anti-slip differential lock—ensures reliable performance in rugged and challenging environments.
2. Oilfield and Energy Base Construction
Deployed at oilfield and energy project sites for installing large equipment, transporting heavy pipes, and supporting maintenance operations. Its three operating modes—outrigger-supported lifting, tire-supported operations, and load-carrying travel—flexibly adapt to diverse construction site requirements.
3. Large-Scale Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
Widely deployed at major construction sites like highways and bridges for hoisting heavy precast components, large steel structures, and other building materials. Its exceptional lifting capacity (90 tons) and extended boom configuration (main boom + jib reaching 63.5 meters) effectively cover extensive, challenging work areas.
4. Port and Large-Scale Warehousing Logistics
In ports and large warehousing facilities, it efficiently handles loading/unloading and transshipment of heavy cargo, large machinery, and materials. Its agile mobility (maximum speed 25 km/h, optional 36 km/h) and 360° slewing capability enhance logistics efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
RT90E operation must strictly adhere to regulations. Before commencing work, ensure all outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the torque limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, noting the flexible switching between multiple steering modes and the advantages of the energy-saving hydraulic system. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct operations to ensure cargo is securely lashed and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified.
FAQ
1. AFTER CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL, THE SYSTEM SHOWS INCREASED FOAMING?
This may result from adding low-quality oil with poor anti-foaming properties, or incomplete removal of old oil during the change, causing a reaction between additives in the new and old oils.
2. AFTER OPERATING FOR A PERIOD, THE SURFACE OF A HYDRAULIC HOSE BECOMES ABNORMALLY HOT?
Internal lining of the hose may have peeled off due to aging, causing blockage and localized throttling that generates high temperatures. This is extremely dangerous and requires immediate replacement.
3. DURING TILTED OPERATION, DOES MOVEMENT IN ONE DIRECTION AUTOMATICALLY SLOW DOWN?
This may occur due to valve spool displacement from gravity or altered internal leakage paths in the actuator.
4. WHEN REMOTELY OPERATING EQUIPMENT, DO YOU OCCASIONALLY EXPERIENCE SIGNAL DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS?
Check the remote controller's battery level, presence of strong electromagnetic interference nearby, or whether the signal receiving antenna is properly connected.
5. EQUIPMENT AUTOMATIC IDLE FUNCTION FAILS?
Check if the pilot pressure detection switch or sensor under the joystick is faulty, or if this function is disabled in the ECU.
6. ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE RETENTION TIME IS TOO SHORT?
The accumulator bladder or diaphragm is ruptured, or the charging valve is leaking. Recharge with nitrogen or replace.
