XE700C has adopted an energy-efficient engine with the emissions in accordance with the Tier 3 standard and the engine fuel and intake systems use the three-stage and four-stage filtration respectively. XE700C boasts high-end configurations, high efficiency, low fuel consumption, low noise and high reliability, able to serve mine construction as ideal operation equipment.
Its key hydraulic components are all imported and its hydraulic system is a mature and reliable negative flow control system; an independently researched and developed electric control system is applied to realize perfect matching of the engine and the main pump and simultaneously reduce the complete fuel consumption.
Its GPS remote monitoring system equipped can achieve real-time control of the complete running state and fault information. The reinforced chassis adopts a modular design, able to improve the working stability. Its slewing platform adopts a large-sized H-beam structure, able to effectively improve the capacity of the excavator to withstand the positive and negative bending moments.
The key stress parts of the swing arm bucket rod adopt a casting structure with a large-capacity rock-oriented bucket used to improve the bucket strength and productivity. A reinforced cab in accordance with the FOPS certification as well as an embedded 7-inch LCD screen is used to offer drivers safe and high-quality driving enjoyment.
The complete machine features low vibration, low noise and comfortable operation by virtue of the in-depth research on the vibration of the complete XE700C and the optimization design of the structural members.
Core scenarios: Widely used in open-pit coal mines, metal mining, large-scale water conservancy projects and infrastructure construction, as the first batch export product of domestic large excavators, it has entered international markets such as Australia, South Africa and the Middle East, and has won the recognition of overseas customers with its cost performance and reliability.
It is recommended that the hydraulic oil be replaced every 2,000 to 3,000 hours (adjusted according to the working conditions), and the external return oil filter element be replaced at the same time. Engine oil should be replaced every 500 hours and fuel filter every 250 hours.
The maintenance components are centrally arranged in the operable area on the ground. Self-lubricating bearings are used at the root of the boom to reduce the frequency of lubrication. The fuel tank is equipped with a standard fuel pump. The hydraulic fuel tank breather supports rapid pressure relief, increasing maintenance efficiency by 30%.
The service life of the track plate is approximately 8,000 hours, that of the bucket teeth is about 2,000 hours, and that of the slewing bearing is 15,000 hours. Original factory parts support is provided.
In summer, it is recommended to use hydraulic oil with higher viscosity (such as ISO 46), regularly clean the dust on the outside of the radiator, and check the status of the back pressure valve and bypass valve. If the oil temperature remains persistently high, it can be alleviated by reducing the engine speed or decreasing the compound actions.
