Product Operate Guide
Before operation, preparations should be made: check the engine oil and hydraulic oil levels as well as the sealing of pipelines, conduct non-destructive testing of drilling tools and tighten the threads, and prepare wall protection mud according to the stratum. After the drilling rig is in place, level it so that the center line coincides with the crossing line, and test the signals of the guidance system.
The operation is divided into three steps: Drill the guide hole along the designed trajectory, select a three-cone drill bit for the rock formation, and strictly control the drilling pressure and rotational speed. Graded hole expansion, adjust the slurry pump volume to 450L/min for chip carrying and wall protection; The backdrag force is controlled within 630kN, and the continuous circulation of mud reduces drag.
In terms of safety, operators should wear protective equipment. Warning signs should be set up in the drill pipe area. In case of stuck drill, drilling should be stopped immediately and 10MPa high-pressure mud should be injected for treatment. Clean the equipment daily, replace the hydraulic filter element and gear oil regularly, and follow the official manual for operation.

A: It is recommended that the hydraulic oil be replaced every 250 to 300 hours, and the return oil filter element be replaced simultaneously. The diesel filter should be replaced every 50 hours. The oil temperature should be controlled at around 60℃. Overheating will reduce the viscosity of the oil and accelerate the wear of components. It is necessary to regularly clean the dust accumulated on the radiator to ensure heat dissipation. Failure to maintain on time may lead to weak drilling and hydraulic system failure.
A: A combination of "three-cone drill bit + power drill tool + non-magnetic drill collar" should be adopted. During drilling, switch to a low speed (0-60 RPM), keep the drilling pressure within 70% of the equipment's rated value, and adjust the mud pump flow rate to 450L/min for chip carrying and wall protection. Reaming should be carried out in stages, with each diameter increment not exceeding 150mm. A rotary cutter reamer is preferred.
A: If the drill gets stuck, stop drilling immediately. Do not forcibly pull. Alternately apply ±50kN of push-pull force, and at the same time inject 10MPa of high-pressure mud to lubricate the hole wall. If the mud pump fails to pressurize, first check whether the suction pipe is blocked or the impeller is worn. Clean the pipeline or replace the components before starting. A: Difficulty in starting is often due to a discharged battery or a clogged fuel filter, which requires charging or cleaning the filter element.
