Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the hydraulic system and structural components. After starting, idle the engine for 8-10 minutes to warm up the equipment. During operation, maintain the engine within the economical RPM range and avoid overloading during excavation. Regularly clean the cooling system and closely monitor instrument panel alerts. After prolonged operation, idle the engine for 5 minutes before shutting it down. Strictly follow the maintenance manual for replacing filters and fluids, paying particular attention to maintenance intervals in high-dust environments.
