1. Mining Operations
The XE370CA is the ideal machine for efficient mining operations. Equipped with a reinforced boom, stick, and heavy-duty rock bucket, it effortlessly handles high-intensity crushing, digging, and loading tasks. Its advanced hydraulic system and structural design ensure high uptime and durability in harsh conditions, significantly boosting mining efficiency while reducing cost per ton of ore.
2. Large-Scale Earthmoving Projects
The XE370CA excels in major earthmoving projects such as highway and railway embankment excavation, and large-scale site leveling. Its powerful digging force and exceptional operational efficiency enable rapid completion of extensive earth and rock excavation, transfer, and loading tasks, effectively safeguarding construction schedules for large infrastructure projects.
3. High-Temperature Smelting Plant Operations
For steel mills and smelting plants with intense heat radiation and high dust levels, the XE370CA features specialized protective configurations. These include cylinder guard plates, heat-resistant glass, high-capacity air conditioning, and heat-resistant piping and seals. This ensures safe and stable operation during slag removal and stacking tasks even in extreme conditions near molten slag.
Before operation, walk around the machine to check for obstacles and leaks. After starting, idle for 3-5 minutes to warm up the equipment. During operation, use both handles to coordinate control of the bucket and boom. Avoid sudden, forceful movements of a single lever to enhance smoothness and fuel efficiency. Monitor dashboard alerts. Never apply sustained pressure with hydraulic cylinders fully extended or retracted. Before shutting off the engine, allow it to idle briefly before turning off the ignition switch. Regularly inspect and clean the radiator.
1. HOW IS YOUR PRICE COMPARED WITH MANUFACTURERS/FACTORIES?
We work as the leading dealers of various leading China construction machinery manufacturers/ factories, and are constantly treated with best dealership price. From numerous comparison and feedbacks from clients, our price is more competitive than the price from manufacturers/factories.
2. HOW IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
In general circumstance, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 7 days, because we have a variety of resources to check machines in stock, locally and nation widely, and to receive machines in timely manner. But for manufacturers/factories, it will take more than 30 days to produce the ordered machine.
3. WHAT SERVICES CAN WE PROVIDE?
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB,CFR,CIF;
Accepted Payment Currency:USD,EUR;
Accepted Payment Type: T/T,L/C,Western Union,Cash;
Language Spoken:English,Chinese
4. HYDRAULIC FLUID BECOMES DIRTY AGAIN SHORTLY AFTER REPLACEMENT?
Insufficient cleaning of the tank and lines during fluid change, or the bypass valve remaining open after filter replacement, causing contaminants to recirculate.
5. HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ROD SHAKES DURING EXTENSION?
Air ingress into the rodless chamber or slight piston rod bending (difficult to detect visually). Requires purging or professional calibration.
6. DOES THE REQUIRED FORCE TO MOVE THE CONTROL LEVER DECREASE AFTER THE ENGINE WARMS UP?
This is a normal physical phenomenon. As hydraulic oil temperature rises, its viscosity decreases, reducing resistance when flowing through the pilot valve.
