Product Introduction
XE60WA is powered by a high-efficiency direct injection 4tnv-98 engine, which has been carefully designed and commissioned to achieve sustained, stable and powerful power transmission at low speeds. Powerful torque can meet the hydraulic system requirements and achieve faster working cycle.
Product Advantage
1. XE60WA adopts hydraulic load sensitive system, with excellent electronic control pump, the engine power is perfectly matched, so that it can start more smoothly, work better, and consume less oil.
2.Adopting highly specialized design and analysis tools, combined with bench tests to ensure the durability of our machines. The strength and toughness of the material and structure of the product has been strictly tested under the most extreme conditions. Rigid robot welding structure ensures excellent durability of products. The counterweight and stable parts like dozer blade and outrigger have been strictly calculated and tested to ensure the durability and stability of the machine.
3.Advanced ROPS certified cab with sun shade, rearview mirror and adjustable suspension seat will ensure operator's safety. Strong air-conditioning system, in line with ergonomic switch layout, will improve driving comfort.

Its compact size and wheeled travel mechanism enable it to maneuver and operate flexibly in narrow streets and crowded construction sites, effectively minimizing disruption to surrounding traffic and the environment.
2. Agricultural Water Conservancy and Landscape Engineering
In agricultural water conservancy projects, the XE60WA is commonly used for digging irrigation channels, clearing silt, and performing land leveling and renovation. For landscape gardening projects, it assists in tree planting, terrain fine-tuning, and other precision tasks, making it an ideal tool for new rural development initiatives.
3. Diversified Operations and Flexible Adaptability
The XE60WA is not limited to excavation; it also features multiple functions such as backhoe excavation, crushing, drilling, and clamping. Its convenient mobility and low energy consumption enable it to quickly respond to site changes and adapt to various operational requirements, demonstrating excellent flexibility and adaptability.
Product Operate Guide
To maximize the user experience of the XE60WA wheeled excavator, take full advantage of its wheeled travel mechanism to achieve quick and flexible transfers between job sites. Familiarize yourself with the intelligent power control system and select the appropriate mode based on working conditions to optimize efficiency and fuel consumption. Maintain smooth and precise movements during operation and pay attention to road safety. Use the quick-connect couplers to easily swap out attachments like breakers and grapples, expanding its multifunctional applications. Regularly check tire pressure and the hydraulic system, and keep the equipment clean.
FAQ
1. AFTER A COLD START, THE EQUIPMENT RUNS AT FULL SPEED IMMEDIATELY, AND THE HYDRAULIC PUMP EMITS A BRIEF SCREECHING SOUND?
During cold starts, the oil is viscous, causing high suction resistance in the pump and resulting in “cavitation.” Idle for several minutes to preheat the hydraulic system.
2. LEFT AND RIGHT ROTATION SPEEDS ARE INCONSISTENT?
Asymmetrical make-up pressure in the swing motor, differing settings on the swing buffer valve, or mechanical resistance differences (e.g., in bearings).
3. ENGINE SPEED REMAINS UNCHANGED WHEN PRESSING THE MANUAL THROTTLE INCREASE BUTTON?
This is not a hydraulic fault but an electronic control issue. Inspect the throttle controller, sensors, and wiring.
4. AFTER OPERATING FOR A PERIOD, A SENSOR BEGINS REPORTING ERRORS?
Sensor or wiring may experience poor connections due to heat or internal characteristic drift. Troubleshoot after the engine has warmed up.
5. DATA OCCASIONALLY FLUCTUATES ON THE DISPLAY?
Unstable sensor supply voltage, signal line interference, or poor grounding.
6. IGNITION SWITCH TURNED TO START POSITION, BUT STARTER MOTOR DOES NOT ENGAGE?
Insufficient battery charge (cannot drive starter motor but can energize relay) or internal contact burnout in the starter solenoid switch.
