Operators must fasten the safety belt strictly after boarding the machine. After startup, run the engine at idle speed or low-load low-speed state for 5 to 10 minutes to fully warm up the transmission system and hydraulic system. Extended warm-up is required in low-temperature and cold environments to ensure stable machine performance.
V-type Operation Method: As a standard and high-efficiency operation mode, align the machine with the material pile, insert smoothly into the material stack, and coordinate the boom lifting and bucket rotation to fully fill the bucket. Then reverse and turn the machine to transport materials to the designated unloading position.
Smooth Material Insertion: Give full play to the machine’s strong lifting power to realize steady insertion into material piles, instead of relying on high-speed impact to avoid equipment loss.
Low-posture Transportation: During material transfer, keep the bucket at a standard transportation height (40-50 cm above the ground) to lower the center of gravity and ensure driving stability.
Safe Unloading Operation: When unloading materials onto large trucks, keep real-time communication with truck drivers (via walkie-talkies or other tools) to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure standardized unloading work.
