Product Operate Guide
Startup and preheating：
Strictly follow the procedure of fastening the seat belt when getting into the vehicle.
After starting, it should be run at idle speed or low speed with low load for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the large transmission and hydraulic systems to fully preheat, especially in cold environments.
Overload operation skills：
V-shaped operation method: This is a standard and efficient approach. Aim at the material pile, smoothly cut in, and fill the bucket with the coordination of the boom and the bucket rotation. Then reverse, turn, and transport to the unloading point.
Smooth insertion: Utilize the powerful lifting force of the equipment to smoothly insert the material pile instead of relying on high-speed impact.
Low-posture transportation: During transfer, keep the bucket at the transportation position (about 40-50 centimeters above the ground) to maintain a stable center of gravity.
Visual guidance: When unloading materials onto large trucks, it is essential to maintain communication with the truck driver (such as through walkie-talkies) to ensure unloading safety.
