Check the liquid level of diesel fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil, and confirm no liquid leakage.
Inspect tires for normal pressure and surface damage, and fasten all wheel bolts.
Check safety guardrails, platform door locks, limit switches and emergency stop devices.
Test the battery and emergency power unit to guarantee normal operation.
Start the diesel engine and wait for the completion of system self-check and stable idling.
Drive the machine to a firm and flat working area, then engage the parking brake and fix the wheels.
Operate the control levers slowly to adjust the luffing, extension and rotation of the boom to the target position.
Fine-tune the platform angle for accurate positioning, and never exceed the rated load.
After finishing work, retract the boom completely and lower the platform, then turn off the engine and take away the key.
Strictly follow the load standard: 230kg unrestricted or 450kg limited. Maximum 2 persons are allowed on the platform.
Operate only on solid ground. The ground slope shall not exceed 5 degrees during working.
Stop all operations immediately when wind speed exceeds 12.5m/s.
