4. IS THE HYDRAULIC OIL BLACKENED WITH A BURNT SMELL?
Oil has oxidized and degraded at high temperatures. Replace the oil and investigate the cause of high system temperatures (e.g., internal leaks, overflow).
5. SOLENOID VALVE FAILS TO OPERATE?
Check electrical circuit: fuse, wiring, connector. Then inspect coil for burnout. Finally, verify valve spool is not stuck.
6. SYSTEM PRESSURE CANNOT BE INCREASED?
Main safety valve or related pressure valve spool stuck in open position, pressure adjustment spring failure, or pump adjustment mechanism malfunction.
