Product Operate Guide

1. Equipment Inspection

Check fuel, hydraulic oil, and lubricant levels to ensure they are sufficient. Verify that the coolant level is normal. Inspect tires/tracks for wear and tire pressure, ensuring there are no damages or leaks. Check critical components such as the screed plate, vibrating plate, and spiral distributor for integrity, and ensure bolts are securely fastened. Confirm that the control system (e.g., electronic leveling system) functions normally.

2. Starting the Equipment

Start the engine and idle for 3–5 minutes to warm up, observing the instrument panel for any warning indicators. Test the hydraulic system, vibrating device, and conveyor belt to ensure they are operating normally.

3. Set the paving speed (recommended 2–4 meters per minute, matched with the feed rate), activate the automatic leveling system, and input the design elevation and cross-slope parameters.
