Product Introduction
XCT100 is the first four-wheel driven truck crane domestically, which can meet the need under various road conditions.Chassis rear hydraulic controlled follow-up steering technology, realizate highway and small turning two steering modes, ensure stable and reliable of vehicle at high speed, travelling at lower speed is flexible.
Product Advantage
6-section boom of 64 m with U-type profile is adopted; the max. lifting load is 100 t; the max. lifting height is 92.6 m; the max. working radius is 62 m; The performance takes the lead comprehensively.
Low speed large torque power transmission system, contributes to perfect combination of optimal power and optimal economical efficiency, leading to more than 12% reduction in fuel consumption and 10% improvement in grade ability.

Product Uses
1. Bridge Construction and Heavy-Load Operations
The XCT100 is ideally suited for large-scale highway, railway, and elevated bridge construction. Its robust lifting capacity (e.g., the hybrid model XCT100G5-1 HEV boasts a fully extended boom load capacity of 16.8 tons) and load-bearing telescoping technology enable efficient execution of heavy-duty tasks such as lifting large precast beams and installing steel structures, ensuring construction progress for major projects.
2. Industrial Sites and Chemical Plant Maintenance
This crane is widely used for large-scale equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in industrial complexes and petrochemical projects. Its precise control (with micro-movement and smoothness improved by 30%) and stability enable safe, efficient handling of delicate operations like lifting large reactors and tanks.
3. Tower Crane Dismantling and Urban Construction
The XCT100 excels in urban construction and renewal projects, particularly for dismantling medium-to-large tower cranes. Its outstanding performance in high-frequency operations (with industry-leading heavy-load relocation capabilities in certain models) and agile maneuverability meet the challenges of urban construction sites.
4. Port, Logistics, and Energy Projects
It also serves large-scale material handling at ports, terminals, and logistics parks, as well as energy construction projects like hydropower. Its strong relocation capability (some models reach 80 km/h) and powerful lifting capacity adapt to diverse job site requirements.
5. Narrow or Special Site Operations
Equipped with variable outrigger technology (asymmetric outrigger configuration) and excellent maneuverability (some models feature four-wheel drive), the XCT100 adapts to confined spaces like urban alleys and factory compounds for equipment hoisting and maintenance tasks.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, fully extend the outriggers and ensure the ground is solid and level. Maintain absolute levelness of the crane during operation; any overload operation is strictly prohibited. Extend and retract the boom steadily and slowly, paying particular attention to maintaining safe distances from surrounding obstacles. Rotation must be performed at a constant, smooth speed, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect wire rope wear and hydraulic system seals. After completing operations, fully retract the boom, secure the hook, record detailed equipment operation data, and perform scheduled maintenance.
FAQ
1. CAN GREASES FROM DIFFERENT BRANDS BE MIXED?
Strongly discouraged. Greases of different brands and grades contain varying thickening agents and additives. Mixing may degrade performance or even cause chemical reactions.
2. BLACK GUMMY RESIDUE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DIESEL FILTER?
Poor diesel quality containing gum, or corrosion protection coating peeling off the fuel tank interior.
3. UNEVEN WEAR ON ONE SIDE OF THE TRACK ROLLER FLANGE?
Excessive or insufficient track tension causing track misalignment and interference wear on the roller flange.
4. OCCASIONAL DATA FLUCTUATIONS ON THE DISPLAY?
Unstable sensor power supply voltage, signal line interference, or poor grounding.
5. BRIEF LOSS OF CONTROL DURING OPERATION AFTER PROLONGED PARKING ON A SLOPE?
Gravity-induced slippage of the main control valve spool causes pressure loss in one cylinder chamber. Normal operation resumes after hydraulic fluid replenishment.
6. INTERNAL OXIDATION IN FUSE BOX WITH GREENISH PINS?
Caused by humid environment. Clean off oxidation, apply specialized electronic contact grease for moisture protection, and inspect equipment sealing integrity.
