XGS20ACK-Li is a self-propelled straight boom aerial work platform powered by high-performance lithium battery. It delivers zero emission, ultra-low noise and longer continuous working time compared with traditional lead-acid models. Featuring 20.5m maximum working height, 13.2m horizontal outreach and 300kg rated load, this unit boasts flexible movement, stable operation and excellent cross-country performance. It is an ideal eco-friendly solution for indoor and outdoor high-altitude operations in construction, municipal engineering, venue maintenance and other fields.

Examine tires for normal pressure and surface damage.
Confirm hydraulic oil level is within standard range and no leakage occurs.
Check safety guardrails and platform door, make sure all safety locks are fully functional.
Turn on the main power switch and wait until the system completes self-check.
Drive the machine to the designated working area and engage the parking brake firmly.
Operate control levers slowly to lift, extend and rotate the boom to the target position.
Fine-tune the platform angle for precise positioning.
After finishing work, retract the boom to the fully stowed position first, then cut off the main power.
Do not exceed the rated load; maximum 2 persons are allowed on the working platform.
Operate only on solid and flat ground. The ground slope shall not exceed 5 degrees.
Stop all operations immediately when wind speed exceeds 12.5m/s.
Operators must wear safety helmets and safety harnesses during high-altitude work.

A: It can work continuously for 6 to 8 hours under standard working conditions. The fast charging mode only needs 2 to 3 hours to get fully charged.
A: Yes. Pure lithium electric design produces zero exhaust gas and low running noise, totally compliant with indoor and enclosed working environments.
A: The maximum gradeability reaches 45%. Equipped with four-wheel drive and axle balance structure, it can run stably on muddy, gravel and sloped roads.

A: The whole machine is warranted for 12 months or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first). The lithium battery enjoys 36 months of warranty, and we provide long-term technical support and maintenance for core components.
