Product Introduction
This crane prioritizes reliability in demanding environments, featuring a high-temperature resistant design that enables continuous operation without shutdown at ambient temperatures up to 60°C. It employs a low-speed, high-torque power drive system that not only boosts power performance by 15% but also reduces fuel consumption during travel by 12%. Additionally, it inherits the G Series' advanced intelligent controls and ergonomic design, delivering a safer and more comfortable operating experience.
Product Advantage
1. 5-section boom of 44m with U-type profile is adopted; the max. lifting load is 50 t; the max. lifting height is 59.5 m; all capacities take the lead in its class.
2. The machine is designed to be high temperature resistance, so it can continuously work without downtime in ambient temperature of 45℃. The whole vehicle is also waterproof and corrosion resistant. The reliability and service life of parts are greatly improved.
3. Abundant configurations of operating methods and jib types can meet the requirements of different customers.

5. Operations in Narrow or Complex Sites
The XCT50_Y adapts to confined spaces like urban alleys and factory compounds, performing equipment hoisting and maintenance tasks effectively.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that the outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation and never overload it. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and steadily, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear. After completing work, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. IS THE GREASE FITTING ON THE EQUIPMENT CLOGGED WITH MUD AND SAND, PREVENTING GREASE INJECTION?
First, thoroughly clean the mud and sand from the fitting's exterior. Then, use a fine needle to clear the steel ball inside the fitting. Finally, attempt grease injection again.
2. DOES THE PISTON ROD SURFACE OF THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SHOW UNIFORM, SLIGHT WEAR WITH A SHINY APPEARANCE?
Normal. These are normal friction marks from contact with the guide sleeve seal.
3. THE CAN BUS SYSTEM FREQUENTLY REPORTS COMMUNICATION ERRORS?
Check if the 120-ohm termination resistor on the CAN bus is damaged or disconnected, or if water has entered the bus connector.
4. THE RESET SPRING FOR THE MULTI-WAY VALVE SPOOL FREQUENTLY BREAKS?
The spool is stuck due to contaminated oil. Forced operation by the operator causes the spring to overload and shear.
5. ABNORMALLY INTENSE VIBRATION FELT FROM THE CHASSIS DURING OPERATION?
Check if the engine and hydraulic pump vibration dampers are aged/failed, or if chassis mounting bolts are loose.
6. EQUIPMENT AUTOMATIC IDLE FUNCTION MALFUNCTIONING?
Check if the pilot pressure detection switch/sensor under the control lever is faulty, or if this function is disabled in the ECU.
