Product Introduction
The XD102 is a "road roller giant" specifically designed for the most demanding compaction tasks. It integrates outstanding performance, intelligent technology, high reliability and excellent comfort, making it the preferred equipment for large-scale infrastructure projects that pursue ultimate compaction quality and construction efficiency.
Product Advantage
Outstanding compaction performance and operational efficiency:
Powerful and efficient power system: Usually equipped with turbocharged diesel engines from well-known brands (such as Cummins), it has sufficient power reserves and can adapt to complex working conditions such as high altitudes and large slopes, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of compaction operations.
Powerful excitation force: With large-diameter vibration wheels and an optimally designed vibration system, it provides a powerful excitation force (up to the XX kN/ ton level in high-frequency mode). The dual-frequency and dual-amplitude configuration enables the selection of the most suitable vibration parameters based on the thickness of different paving layers and material properties, achieving efficient compaction throughout the entire process from initial compaction to final compaction, ensuring both compaction degree and flatness.
Efficient sprinkler system: Equipped with a large-capacity water tank and an intelligent sprinkler control system, it ensures uniform spraying and prevents material adhesion to the rollers, guaranteeing the quality and appearance of the compacted surface while reducing cleaning and maintenance time.

Product Uses
The XD102 double steel wheel vibratory roller is a heavy-duty equipment mainly used for asphalt pavement compaction operations. Its core function is to ensure that the road surface meets the designed requirements for compaction, smoothness and density, thereby enhancing the quality, durability and driving comfort of the road.
Product Operate Guide
Before starting work, check the oil, braking and sprinkler systems. Start slowly and stop smoothly. Sudden direction changes are strictly prohibited. When rolling, vibration should be turned on and the frequency and amplitude adjusted. The adjacent rolling zones should overlap. When working on slopes, gear shifting and disengagement are strictly prohibited to ensure safety and efficiency. For details, please refer to the official manual.
FAQ
Its core advantages lie in high efficiency and energy conservation (utilizing electronic fuel injection engines and intelligent sprinkler systems), outstanding compaction performance (dual-frequency and dual-amplitude, adaptable to thick and thin layers), and high reliability (XG's mature vibration system technology and robust steel wheel structure).
A: High amplitude is used for the initial compaction of thick layers or materials that are difficult to compact; Low amplitude is used for thin layering, final compaction or compaction with particle size restrictions on the material to achieve a smoother surface.
A: Check the levels of engine oil, coolant and fuel. Check the hydraulic oil level; Check if there is any adhered asphalt on the steel wheel. Check whether the sprinkler system is functioning properly. Walk around the vehicle to check for any oil or water leakage.
A: Common causes include
Power supply issues: Insufficient battery power, loose or corroded terminal posts.
Safety switches are not in place: The driver's seat safety switch, vibration start-stop switch or steel wheel position lock are not in the correct position.
Fuel system issues: insufficient fuel, air in the fuel line, clogged fuel filter.
Low ambient temperature: Intake preheating or glow plug (preheating plug) was not used as required.
A: Please check
Hydraulic oil: Whether the oil level is within the standard range and whether the oil quality is clean.
Vibration switch/handle: Whether it has been correctly turned on and the desired frequency/amplitude has been selected.
Drive belt: (If it is belt drive) Check if it is loose or worn.
Filter: Check if the hydraulic oil filter is clogged.
A: Key daily maintenance:
Cleaning: Thoroughly rinse the fuselage, especially the asphalt residue on the steel wheels, sprinkler nozzles and engine radiator.
Inspection: Wind around the machine to check for any oil or water leakage, and inspect the fastening bolts of key structural components.
Lubrication: Apply grease to lubrication points such as hinge frames and bearings as needed.
