Product Operate Guide
Prior to operation, inspect the vehicle, outriggers, hydraulic system, wire ropes, and safety devices. Confirm the ground is firm and level, fully extend the outriggers and ensure they are securely supported. Start the engine and idle to warm up. Adjust the boom angle and outreach according to the working conditions. Overloading, diagonal pulling, and travelling under load are strictly prohibited. During operation, execute movements steadily and gradually. Control lifting, luffing, and slewing speeds to avoid abrupt stops or turns. Maintain constant vigilance over the load moment limiter. Obey the instructions of the designated signalman at all times; personnel must not remain beneath the boom or suspended load. Upon completion, retract the boom and outriggers, securing them firmly. Clean the equipment and maintain thorough inspection records. Strictly adhere to safety operating procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and machinery.
FAQ
A: To ensure power performance and reliability, the XCB-D20 usually selects diesel engines from well-known domestic brands such as Yuchai, Xinchai or Weichai, which meet the National III emission standards. They are powerful, easy to maintain and have low costs.
A: Yes. Tire type: Solid tires (suitable for flat and hard roads, wear-resistant and puncture-resistant) or pneumatic tires (suitable for uneven roads, with good shock absorption).
A: Three checks must be conducted:
1. Visual inspection: Tire pressure/wear, whether the forks are cracked or deformed.
2. Oil inspection: The levels of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil and brake fluid.
3. Function check: Whether the lights, horn, handbrake and foot brake are functioning properly.
A: The minimum turning radius is a key indicator for measuring the flexibility of forklifts. The design of the XCB-D20 typically ensures a relatively small turning radius, enabling it to make flexible turns and U-turns even in narrow aisles and between shelves, significantly enhancing space utilization and operational efficiency.
A: The maintenance cycle is usually calculated based on working hours (hours). Please strictly follow the regulations in the operation manual.
Daily maintenance: The routine inspection as mentioned above.
50 to 250 hours (first maintenance) : Change the engine oil and oil filter.
500 hours: Replace the diesel filter, engine oil and oil filter, and check all performance.
1000 hours/half a year: Replace the hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil filter, transmission oil (if applicable), and clean the air filter element, etc.
2,000 hours per year: Conduct a more comprehensive inspection and maintenance, including replacing coolant, brake fluid, etc.
• Unable to start: Check if the battery is fully charged, if the wiring connections are loose, and if the fuel has run out.
• Weak lifting power/slow descent: Check if the hydraulic oil level is too low or if the hydraulic oil filter is clogged.
• Deviation in direction: Check if the tire pressure on both sides is consistent and if the wear is even.
In case of any malfunction that cannot be resolved, work should be stopped immediately and professional service personnel should be contacted.
