Product Uses
1. Bridge Construction and Large Structure Lifting
With a maximum rated lifting capacity of 100 tons, a main boom length of up to 60 meters, and a maximum lifting height of 88 meters, the XCA100_M is ideally suited for lifting precast bridge segments, bridge deck systems, and other large structural components. Its powerful lifting performance and precise micro-movement capabilities ensure accurate positioning of heavy loads.
2. Urban Renewal and Construction Sites
In urban renewal and construction projects, the XCA100_M efficiently handles heavy building materials, precast components, and equipment with flexibility. Its compact design and multiple steering modes facilitate maneuverability and operation in confined urban spaces, minimizing disruption to surrounding traffic.
4. Energy Sector Operations
At ports, oil fields, and other energy sites, the XCA100_M supports equipment installation, maintenance, and loading/unloading tasks. Its excellent off-road capability and independent suspension system accommodate operations on partially rugged or rough terrain.
5. Industrial Equipment Installation and Handling
Within industrial plants, mines, and factories, this crane facilitates the installation, transportation, and maintenance of large production equipment and heavy machinery. Intelligent boom technology and precise control capabilities ensure safe and efficient execution of these positioning-critical tasks.
6. Transportation and Logistics Hubs
At transportation hubs, logistics centers, and port terminals, the XCA100_M handles container loading/unloading, large cargo handling, and infrastructure maintenance. Its high travel speed enables rapid relocation between different work sites.
Product Operate Guide
Pre-Operation Preparation
Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including exterior condition, hydraulic system, power system, travel system, control system, and safety devices. Ensure the vehicle is in a stationary position. Check fuel, engine oil, coolant levels, and battery charge.
Startup and Travel
Before starting, confirm no personnel are nearby. Ensure the equipment is in neutral gear. Turn the key to the “ON” position for self-check. Idle for 3-5 minutes to warm up. During travel, maintain a speed ≤5 km/h on flat ground. Use low gear when traveling on slopes. Avoid single-track locking or sharp turns during steering.
FAQ
1. HOW TO ADDRESS EXCESSIVELY HIGH HYDRAULIC OIL TEMPERATURE?
Check if the hydraulic oil cooler is clogged, if the hydraulic oil has deteriorated, or if system pressure is too high. Clean the cooler, replace the hydraulic oil, and adjust system pressure to standard values.
2. HOW TO RESOLVE SLUGGISH AND WEAK HYDRAULIC OPERATION?
Check if the hydraulic oil level is too low, if the oil quality is acceptable, or if the main pump is worn. Top up or replace hydraulic oil, inspect or replace the hydraulic pump.
3. WHAT IF GREASE NIPPLES ARE CLOGGED WITH DIRT AND WON'T DISPENSE GREASE?
First, thoroughly clean external dirt from the nipple. Then use a fine needle to clear the internal steel ball. Finally, attempt grease application again.
4. CAN STANDARD TOOLS REPLACE SPECIALIZED TOOLS SPECIFIED IN THE EQUIPMENT MANUAL?
Strongly discouraged. Specialized tools are designed to ensure maintenance quality and safety. Substitutions may cause damage or inaccurate data.
5. WHAT ITEMS SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED ALONGSIDE THE EQUIPMENT DURING OWNERSHIP TRANSFER?
Include the vehicle manual, maintenance records, spare keys, specialized attachments, and unused original factory filters and fluids.
6. STRANGE NOISES FROM VARIOUS COVERS ON THE EQUIPMENT?
Loose fasteners or locks, or aged/failed shock-absorbing rubber pads.
