Its dependable performance and precise control enable it to handle tasks like steel structure installation and precast component hoisting, ensuring project timelines are met.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. In high-temperature environments, pay special attention to hydraulic oil temperature and clean the radiator promptly. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and at a steady speed, avoiding sudden stops or sharp turns. Regularly inspect wire rope wear. After completing operations, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain dedicated high-temperature environment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. AFTER MAINTENANCE, DOES THE TORQUE WRENCH PRODUCE AN UNCLEAR “CLICK” SOUND WHEN TIGHTENING SCREWS?
The torque wrench has not been calibrated regularly or has been used incorrectly, causing its accuracy to fail.
2. IRREGULAR CRACKS APPEARING ON TIRE SIDEWALLS?
Tire aging, or prolonged operation in harsh gravel yards causing cuts from sharp objects.
3. WIRE HARNESS SHORT-CIRCUITING DUE TO WEAR AT METAL HOLES?
Rubber grommets missing or not installed, allowing metal edges to cut through wire insulation.
4. HYDRAULIC HOSES BECOMING ABNORMALLY HOT AFTER SYSTEM OPERATION?
Internal lining may have flaked off due to aging, causing localized throttling and overheating—immediately replace.
5. EQUIPMENT EXHIBITING RHYTHMIC SIDE-TO-SIDE SWAYING ON LEVEL SURFACES?
Uneven tire or track link wear causing “out-of-round” deformation or pitch irregularities.
6.DOES THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRODUCE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT NOISES WHEN COLD VERSUS HOT?
This is normal. Cold oil has higher viscosity, increasing pump suction resistance and causing cavitation noise. Once warmed, viscosity normalizes, and noise primarily stems from mechanical friction and fluid flow.
