1. WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR LONG-TERM EQUIPMENT STORAGE?
Clean the equipment, drain all coolant (or fill with antifreeze), disconnect the battery negative terminal, fully retract all hydraulic cylinder piston rods and apply rust-preventive oil, and elevate tires to prevent contact with the ground.
2. WHAT SHOULD BE NOTED DURING THE BREAK-IN PERIOD FOR NEW EQUIPMENT?
Strictly follow break-in specifications: reduce load and speed (typically below 70%-80% load), monitor gauges closely, frequently check fasteners and lubrication, and promptly replace oil and filters during the first maintenance.
3. WHAT CHECKS SHOULD BE PERFORMED BEFORE DAILY STARTUP?
Walk around the machine to inspect for leaks, loose components, or damage; check fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant); verify tire pressure or track tension; check for any dashboard warning indicators.
5. WHICH PAYMENT TERMS CAN YOU ACCEPT?
Normally we can work on T/T term or L/ term, sometime DP term.
1)On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of original B/L for long-term cooperating client.
2)On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/ C without "soft clauses"from an international recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
