Product Uses
1. Urban Construction and Municipal Engineering
The XCT35 is ideally suited for space-constrained operations such as urban construction sites, municipal pipeline networks, and renovation projects in older residential areas. Its compact body design and excellent maneuverability enable it to operate on narrow city streets, performing tasks like pipe laying and small equipment hoisting while minimizing disruption to daily life and traffic.
2. Material Handling in Mining and Quarries
The XCT35 delivers robust lifting and material handling capabilities in mining and quarry operations. Its powerful lifting performance and high-torque low-speed power system meet diverse lifting and transport demands in these environments. However, special attention to safety assessments and equipment protection is required when operating in such harsh conditions.
3. Industrial Plant Equipment Installation and Maintenance
This crane is suitable for large-scale equipment installation, repair, and maintenance in industrial plants and petrochemical projects. Its mature hydraulic system delivers excellent micro-movement control and smooth operation, ideal for precise positioning during lifting tasks.
4. Transportation Infrastructure and Auxiliary Construction
The XCT35 is widely used in auxiliary construction for transportation infrastructure such as roads and bridges. Its excellent maneuverability and relocation efficiency enable tasks like lowering rebar cages and lifting small precast components, providing reliable support for major transportation projects.
5. Landscaping and Signage Installation
The XCT35 serves as a capable assistant for landscaping and billboard installation. Its extended main boom design effectively increases working radius and height, efficiently completing tasks such as tree transplantation and billboard removal/installation.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that the outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation and never overload it. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and steadily, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear. After completing work, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. CAN FILTER CARTRIDGES ON EQUIPMENT BE REUSED AFTER BLOWING COMPRESSED AIR THROUGH THEM FROM THE INSIDE OUT?
Absolutely not! This action will damage the filter paper structure, causing greater filtration failure. Filter cartridges are disposable items and must be replaced.
2. FINE STRESS CRACKS APPEARING NEAR STEEL STRUCTURE WELDS?
These are fatigue cracks caused by residual welding stresses or long-term alternating loads. Prompt welding repairs and stress relief are required.
3. DOES THE SENSOR SIGNAL VOLTAGE OCCASIONALLY DROP TO ZERO DURING OPERATION?
A loose connection in the sensor power supply circuit causes momentary disconnection during equipment vibration.
4. IS THE ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE RETENTION TIME TOO SHORT?
The accumulator bladder or diaphragm may be ruptured, or the charging valve may be leaking. Recharge with nitrogen or replace the unit.
5. DOES THE OPERATING HANDLE FEEL ALTERNATELY LIGHT AND HEAVY?
Unstable pilot oil circuit pressure, possibly due to pilot pump wear, clogged pilot filter, or pilot relief valve failure.
6. DOES THE EQUIPMENT EXHIBIT RHYTHMIC, SLIGHT SIDE-TO-SIDE SWAYING WHILE TRAVELING ON FLAT SURFACES?
Uneven tire or track link wear causing “out-of-round” deformation or inconsistent pitch.
