Product Introduction
The XMR303 is XG's main model in the small and medium-sized roller market. With its outstanding compaction efficiency, strong working reliability and unparalleled cost performance, it has become the preferred equipment for urban road construction, highway maintenance and various infrastructure compaction operations.
Product Advantage
Strong and efficient compaction performance: With a large-capacity excitation chamber and optimized vibration parameters, it provides a powerful excitation force, ensuring high density and flatness.
• Ultra-high reliability and durability: Inheriting the robust genes of XG heavy-duty road rollers, key structural components have been reinforced in design, and power and hydraulic systems from well-known domestic and foreign brands are adopted to ensure the long-term durability of the equipment under harsh working conditions.
• Excellent maneuverability and flexibility: The compact body design, central articulated steering and small turning radius enable it to move freely in narrow areas and complex road conditions, with outstanding edge compaction performance.
• Humanized operation experience: Easy operation, wide field of vision, and comfortable driving environment. The layout of daily maintenance points is concentrated and within easy reach, greatly reducing the intensity and time cost of maintenance.
• Leading cost performance: Among products of the same tonnage and configuration, the XMR303 offers users an extremely high return on investment with its outstanding performance, reliable quality and competitive price.

Product Uses
Urban road construction: Asphalt surface layer compaction of urban main roads, auxiliary roads and new district roads.
• Maintenance of high-grade highways: Compaction of post-milling overlay and preventive maintenance of expressways, national and provincial roads, etc.
• Large-scale site construction: Compaction of asphalt pavements for airport aprons, port terminals, large logistics parks, parking lots, stadiums, etc.
• Infrastructure projects: Auxiliary compaction work for water conservancy DAMS, roadbed filling and other projects.
Product Operate Guide
1.Machine preparation: Make sure there are no people or obstacles around the equipment and sound the horn to warn.
2. Reset the control lever: Confirm that the walking speed control lever is in the "middle position" (N position), and the vibration switch/knob is in the "OFF" or "OFF" position.
3. START the engine: Insert the key, turn to the "ON" position to power on (the indicator light on the dashboard will light up). After the preheating indicator light goes off, continue to turn to "Start" to start the engine. Each startup time shall not exceed 10 seconds, and the interval time shall be greater than 1 minute.
4. Idle preheating: After the engine starts, it should be run idle at medium to low speeds for 3 to 5 minutes (especially in low-temperature environments) to allow the engine oil and hydraulic oil to reach the optimal working temperature.
5. Start-up operation:
◦ Select the direction of travel (forward/backward).
Slowly and steadily push the walking speed control lever, and the equipment starts to move. It is strictly forbidden to push the joystick forcefully.
FAQ
1. Perfect balance of performance and efficiency: With a tonnage of 3 tons, it can not only provide a compaction effect that exceeds that of a 2-ton machine, but also maintain flexibility close to that of a 2-ton machine, with efficiency far exceeding that of products with smaller tonnages.
A: Equipped with a large-capacity water tank and a centrifugal pump automatic spraying system, it can continuously spray water on the steel wheels, effectively preventing asphalt adhesion. The nozzle is adjustable and needs to be inspected regularly to prevent clogging.
A: Check the levels of engine oil, coolant and fuel. Check the hydraulic oil level; Check if there is any adhered asphalt on the steel wheel. Check whether the sprinkler system is functioning properly. Walk around the vehicle to check for any oil or water leakage.
A: Abnormal noises need to be judged based on the source of the sound:
• Engine area: Check if the fan belt is loose and if the engine base is loose.
Near the vibrating wheel: It might be that the bearings or gears inside the vibrating box are damaged.
Near the hinge frame: Lack of oil and wear of the hinge bearing can cause an abnormal "creaking" sound.
Once any abnormal and continuous noise is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent the fault from expanding.
A: Regular maintenance is the key to ensuring the lifespan of equipment.
• Each shift (8-10 hours) : Check the levels of engine oil, diesel and coolant, and clean the debris and dirt on the equipment.
• Daily: Check the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel and add grease to each lubrication point (hinge point, bearing).
• Regular replacement: Replace the engine oil, oil filter, diesel filter, hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter strictly in accordance with the time or hours specified in the operation manual.
• High amplitude (about 0.8mm)/low frequency (about 50Hz) : It is used in the initial compaction stage or for compacting thick layers, base materials and mixtures with large stone particle sizes, providing a huge impact force to ensure the compaction depth.
• Low amplitude (about 0.4mm)/high frequency (about 60Hz) : Used in the re-pressing and final pressing stages, or for compacting thin layers, surface layers and fine-grained asphalt mixtures, it provides a high impact frequency to ensure high surface flatness and density, and prevent aggregates from being crushed.
