Product Uses
1. Oil and Gas Pipeline Laying
This crane is suitable for oil and gas pipeline laying projects, capable of forming joint construction clusters with other large cranes to lift and precisely position large pipelines. Its stable performance and excellent maneuverability meet the stringent requirements of such energy infrastructure construction.
2. Urban Construction Projects
Leveraging its flexibility and adaptability, this equipment is also widely deployed in urban development and transportation construction scenarios. Its user-friendly operation and versatility across diverse working conditions enable efficient performance in complex urban environments.
3. Large-Scale Joint Lifting Operations
This crane can collaborate with large cranes from internationally renowned brands, participating in large-scale projects requiring joint operations of multiple units. This demonstrates its performance has earned recognition from professional clients, meeting extremely demanding construction standards.
4. Other Heavy Equipment Lifting
Its powerful lifting capacity and optional convenience features like wireless remote controllers also make it suitable for other scenarios requiring precise control and heavy lifting, such as large equipment installation.
Product Operate Guide
Operating the XCA275_U all-terrain crane requires a special equipment operator's license. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment before operation to confirm that the wire rope, hook, and safety devices are in good working order. Fully extend the outriggers on solid, level ground to ensure stable support. Strictly adhere to the load chart; overloading is strictly prohibited. Maintain smooth and precise movements during operation. Continuously monitor the surrounding environment; never pass loads over personnel. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the hydraulic system. After completing operations, retract the boom to a safe position and disconnect the power supply.
FAQ
1. ARE THERE DUST MARKS ON THE INNER WALL OF THE AIR FILTER HOUSING?
The filter element seal is compromised, or the housing clips are not fully engaged, allowing unfiltered air to bypass into the engine.
2. DIFFICULTY STARTING THE EQUIPMENT AFTER LONG-TERM STORAGE, EVEN WITH A CHARGED BATTERY?
The fuel system may have vapor lock due to diesel evaporation, or the injector needle valve assembly may be stuck due to residual fuel gumming.
3. ARE LABELS OR NAMEPLATES ON THE EQUIPMENT BLURRED OR MISSING?
Direct high-pressure water jet cleaning during equipment washing, or use of highly corrosive cleaning agents.
4. DOES THE ECU OR DISPLAY SCREEN POWER OFF WITH A DELAY AFTER THE KEY SWITCH IS TURNED OFF?
Normal. Most ECUs are designed with a power-off delay function to store data and complete self-checks.
5. DURING COMPOUND OPERATIONS, DOES IT FEEL LIKE POWER IS BEING SNATCHED?
This is caused by the hydraulic system's total flow allocation logic or the pump's power regulation response, representing normal system characteristics. If excessively severe, inspect the pump control system.
6. AT IDLE SPEED, ALL OPERATIONS ARE VERY SLOW, BUT NORMAL WHEN THROTTLE IS INCREASED?
This is normal. At idle, the engine outputs low power, resulting in reduced hydraulic pump flow to minimize fuel consumption and noise.
