Product Uses
1. Urban Construction and Municipal Engineering
The XCT16 is ideally suited for relatively confined worksites such as urban construction sites, municipal pipeline networks, and renovation projects in older residential areas. Its compact chassis design (overall length 11,960 mm, overall width 2,500 mm) and excellent maneuverability (minimum turning radius 20 meters) enable it to operate on narrow city streets for tasks like pipe laying and small equipment hoisting.
2. Landscaping and Signage Installation
This equipment serves as a capable assistant for landscaping and billboard installation. Its extended main boom design (32.5-meter main boom length) effectively increases working radius and height, efficiently completing tasks like tree transplantation and billboard removal/installation.
3. Power Installation and Maintenance Projects
The XCT16 features configurations tailored for power installation applications. Its exceptional maneuverability allows access to remote or poorly accessible power tower bases for tasks like utility pole hoisting and transformer replacement, making it a reliable choice for power line construction and maintenance.
4. Mining & Quarry Material Handling
With a 16-ton lifting capacity and durable construction, the XCT16 handles diverse heavy stone lifting demands in mining and quarry operations. Its stable chassis and structural design, coupled with comprehensive safety features (including anti-tip devices and overload protection), ensure secure operation in complex environments.
5. Rural Construction and Small-Scale Projects
With excellent mobility (maximum gradeability of 48%) and flexible 360° slewing capability (standard fifth outrigger), the XCT16 navigates rural roads effortlessly to serve diverse projects including new rural construction and small-scale water conservancy facility repairs.
A: Carbon buildup on the butterfly valve shaft causes sticking and incomplete closure, or malfunction of the control cylinder/vacuum valve.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that the outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation and never overload it. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and steadily, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear. After completing work, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. Why do newly replaced hydraulic hoses have such a short service life?
Excessive system pressure surges (e.g., slow safety valve response), torsional deformation during hose installation, or friction can significantly reduce hose lifespan.
2. Should the engine not be shut off immediately after prolonged heavy-duty operation?
Correct. Idle for 3-5 minutes to allow the turbocharger and engine to cool evenly, preventing localized overheating damage.
3. Oil stains at the turbocharger connection?
Normal. Turbocharger bearings rely on engine oil for lubrication; slight oil vapor seepage is common as long as it doesn't form drips.
4. Data occasionally fluctuates on the display?
This may result from unstable sensor power supply voltage, signal line interference, or poor grounding.
5. Track link bolts frequently loosen?
This occurs when bolts are not tightened to the specified preload torque or when threadlocking compound is not used. Always tighten according to manual specifications and perform regular inspections.
6. Uneven wear on one side of the idler flange?
Excessive or insufficient track tension causes track misalignment, leading to interference and wear on the idler flange.
