Product Introduction
The XCR30 is a 30-ton class off-road tire crane with a maximum lifting moment of 989.8 kN·m. Powered by a 162kW engine, it achieves a top travel speed of 41 km/h and a maximum gradeability exceeding 76%, delivering exceptional off-road performance. The main boom extends up to 35 meters, with outrigger dimensions of 6.8×6.8 meters providing a stable operating foundation. It is suitable for diverse rugged terrains and engineering hoisting requirements.
Product Advantage
1. The total rated loads given in the rated load charts are the maximum lifting capacity when the crane is set up on firm and level ground, which includes the weight of the hook block and slings. The weight of above-mentioned devices should be deducted from the rated lifting load.
2. The working radius shown in the rated load charts is the radius when the load is lifted off the ground, and it is the actual value including loaded boom deflection. Take boom deflection into consideration before beginning a lifting operation.
3. A lifting operation is permissible only when the wind force is below grade 5 (instantaneous wind speed is 14.1 m/s, wind pressure is 125 N/m2).
4. Before beginning lifting operation, the operator should know the weight of the load to be lifted and its working range, and then select proper working conditions. Never operate the crane beyond the limit shown in the chart. Use the lower value from the chart when the boom length or working radius is between the range of values.
5. Observe the boom angle limit. Never operate the crane with the boom angle beyond the recommended limit even if a load is not being carried. Otherwise, the crane will tip.
6. The boom should be extended according to the telescoping code shown by digits, which means the percentage of boom sections extended.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Rugged Terrain Operations
Ideal for heavy lifting and equipment installation in challenging environments like mines and quarries. Its robust chassis, specialized off-road tires, and powerful off-road capability (maximum gradeability of 76%) effortlessly handle rough terrain, pits, and muddy conditions.
2. Infrastructure Construction and Site Lifting
Widely used at construction sites for roads, bridges, and other projects to lift precast components, steel materials, and other building supplies. Its extended boom (35-meter main boom) and maximum lifting height of 42.2 meters effectively cover common working areas.
3. Port Terminals and Logistics Warehousing
In ports, terminals, large warehousing facilities, and logistics centers, it efficiently handles loading, unloading, and transferring heavy cargo, machinery, and materials. Its agile maneuverability (maximum speed of 41 km/h) and full-swing capability enhance logistics efficiency.
4. Oilfield and Energy Site Support Operations
In oilfields and energy project sites, it can be used for equipment installation, pipe handling, and maintenance support tasks. Its excellent site adaptability meets diverse construction requirements.
Product Operate Guide
XCR30 operation must be strictly standardized. Before operation, ensure outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the torque limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, noting its 76% maximum gradeability for adaptability in complex terrain. A dedicated signal person must direct lifting operations to ensure cargo is securely lashed and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified.
