6. Emergency & Specialised Applications
Small-scale landslide clearance, river dredging, emergency rescue operations
Narrow passages, basements, interiors and other confined spaces inaccessible to large excavators
Standard Operating Procedure (Excavation / Loading Application)
Positioning
Proceed at low speed to the work site, halt securely, and lower the dozer blade for additional stability.
Excavation
Lower the boom + retract the stick + close the bucket, engaging the soil smoothly without forceful impact or aggressive digging.
Lifting & Slewing
Raise boom → Slew smoothly to unloading position.
Unloading
Extend stick arm + Tilt bucket outward for clean discharge.
Reset
Slew and retract bucket, prepare for next cycle.
Travel Operations
Low gear: Site operations, hill climbing, loading/unloading trailers
High gear: Flat terrain relocation
Note:
Keep boom lowered during travel
Approach slopes head-on; avoid traversing sideways
Reduce speed when turning; do not jerk steering sharply
Dozer Blade Operation
Levelling, backfilling, road repair, vehicle stabilisation
Operation:
Press down on dozer blade lever: blade lowers
Lift up: blade retracts
Maintain blade contact with ground during operations for enhanced stability.
1. RADIO OR CLOCK MEMORY LOST AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN?
Constant power fuse (memory wire) blown or open circuit.
2. WINDSHIELD WIPERS ONLY OPERATE AT HIGH SPEED?
Damaged low-speed contact in wiper combination switch or related wiring fault.
3. DASHBOARD WARNING LIGHTS OCCASIONALLY FLASH DURING EQUIPMENT VIBRATION?
Vibration causes intermittent loose connections in sensor wiring harness plugs. Inspect and tighten all plugs.
4. BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED, BUT STARTER MOTOR LACKS POWER?
Corrosion at battery terminals causes excessive contact resistance, or starter motor failure (worn carbon brushes, seized bearings).
5. INTERNAL OXIDATION IN FUSE BOX WITH GREENISH PINS?
Caused by humid environment. Clean oxidation, apply specialized electronic contact grease for moisture protection, and inspect equipment sealing.
6. ORIGINAL VEHICLE LIGHTS DIM AFTER ADDING AUXILIARY LIGHTS?
Insufficient original vehicle power generation; added electrical components cause system voltage drop.
