Product Uses
Superhighway: Final compaction operation of the asphalt surface layer to ensure the final compactness and flatness of the road surface.
International airport hub: Core compaction equipment for runway and taxiway surface layers.
Large-scale hydropower hub: Earthwork compaction for dam body and embankment projects.
Port terminals, railway subgrades: Foundation compaction for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Product Operate Guide
The operation of the XP263 tire roller must follow professional norms. Before starting the operation, a comprehensive check of the tire pressure (ensuring that all tire pressures are consistent), the sprinkler system and the overall condition of the machine is necessary. Idle for preheating after starting. During operation, the tire pressure is precisely adjusted through the centralized pressure regulation system in the cab based on the material properties (300-500 kpa for the base layer and 600-800 kpa for the surface layer) to maintain a uniform and straight driving speed. In the final pressing stage, vibration is turned off, and the density and surface flatness are enhanced by static pressure rubbing. The residual material on the tires needs to be cleaned every day and the braking system should be inspected regularly. Sharp turns and speeding are strictly prohibited. Please strictly follow the random operation manual for specific parameter Settings.
FAQ
Base compaction: Switch to low-pressure mode (300-500kPa) to increase the grounding area and prevent pushing.
Surface layer final pressure: Adjust to high-pressure mode (600-800kPa) to enhance sealing performance;
Note: Pressure adjustment should be carried out in a stationary state. After adjustment, drive 5 to 10 meters to stabilize the tire's ground contact position.
A: Check as follows:
Confirm that the water level in the water tank is greater than 50% and clean the filter screen of the filter.
Check if the nozzle is clogged (a fine needle needs to be used to clear it);
If the water pump malfunctions, check the circuit fuse and the hydraulic drive pressure.
Base compaction: The ground specific pressure can be increased and the compaction effect enhanced by adding counterweights (such as sand, gravel, and iron blocks).
Surface layer compaction: The counterweight should be reduced to avoid excessive compression causing damage to the aggregates.
The specific counterweight should be selected by referring to the operation manual based on the material type and thickness.
Check whether the pressures of the left and right tires are consistent.
Check whether the tire wear is uniform.
Check whether there is one-sided resistance in the braking system or steering system.
Daily: Check the engine oil, hydraulic oil level, tire pressure and tread damage.
Every 50 hours: Clean the sprinkler filter and check the torque of the tire fixing bolts.
Every 250 hours: Replace the hydraulic oil filter element and check the reliability of the braking system.
Clean the residual materials on the fuselage and tires to prevent corrosion.
Lift the tire pads off the ground and reduce the tire pressure to half pressure.
Start the engine once a month and run the hydraulic system for no less than 10 minutes.
