Product Introduction
XCT8L4 Lifting with a single dual-pump automatic switching function, good micro-mobility, while high efficiency, covering competitors; telescopic, luffing speed using large displacement pump, high efficiency. The new appearance, full cover to take the platform, the whole ergonomic design, bringing a new user experience.
Product Advantage
Super lifting performance
4-section boom of 25.5 m with Octagon-type profile is the longest of the same class in the industry; the max. parts of line is 6 for the main hook block. The performance is 20% higher than that of the competitors, the performance of medium-long boom is higher.
Energy-saving hydraulic system
The min. stable slewing speed is 0.3°/s. The min. stable lifting speed (drum) is 3.0m/min. Precise and safe lifting movements can be realized.
Optimized power for universal chassis
Spiral spring clutch is upgraded by diaphragm spring clutch, torque transfer efficiency improves 10%; with large-ratio transmission adopted, max. grade ability is up to 35%; max. travel speed is 90km/h, ranking first in the industry.

Product Uses
1.Urban Construction and Municipal Engineering
The XCT8L4 is ideally suited for space-constrained operations such as urban construction sites, municipal pipeline networks, and renovation of older residential communities. Its compact chassis design and excellent maneuverability enable it to operate in narrow urban streets for tasks like pipe laying and small equipment hoisting.
2.Bridge Foundations and Small-Scale Water Conservancy Projects
This equipment is applicable for bridge foundation construction and small-scale water conservancy facility projects. Its extended main boom and sufficient lifting capacity ensure effective task completion even when the lifting point is distant from the equipment's parking location.
3.Landscaping and Signage Installation
The XCT8L4 serves as a capable assistant for landscaping and billboard installation. Its extended main boom design effectively increases working radius and height, enabling efficient tree transplantation, billboard dismantling, and installation tasks.
4.Mining and Quarry Support Operations
The XCT8L4 possesses potential for auxiliary operations in mining and quarry settings, such as hoisting light equipment and transporting materials. However, when used in such harsh environments, special attention must be paid to safety assessments, equipment protection, and regular maintenance to ensure stability and longevity.
5.Petrochemical & Plant Maintenance
This crane also supports auxiliary lifting and equipment maintenance in petrochemical plants, construction installations, and similar projects. Its agile maneuverability enables rapid relocation between workstations, meeting lifting and installation demands for small-to-medium-sized projects.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that the outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation and never overload it. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and steadily, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear. After completing work, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. DOES THE EQUIPMENT EXHIBIT STIFF, NON-LINEAR MOTION DURING FINE MICRO-OPERATIONS?
Poor flow regulation characteristics in the pilot control system, or wear in the micro-motion control section of the spool. Debug or replace the master control valve.
2. DURING COMPOUND ACTIONS, DOES IT FEEL LIKE POWER IS BEING STOLEN?
This is caused by the hydraulic system's total flow allocation logic or the pump's power regulation response, representing normal system characteristics. If excessive, inspect the pump control system.
3. AT IDLE SPEED, ALL MOVEMENTS ARE VERY SLOW, BUT NORMAL WHEN THROTTLE IS INCREASED?
This is normal. At idle, the engine outputs low power, resulting in reduced hydraulic pump flow to minimize fuel consumption and noise.
4. DOES THE ACTUATOR SLIGHTLY OVERSHOOT AFTER RELEASING THE CONTROL LEVER?
This occurs due to fluid inertia during spool retraction. For precision-controlled equipment, adjusting spool retraction damping can mitigate this.
5. DOES THE EQUIPMENT EXHIBIT RHYTHMIC, SLIGHT SIDE-TO-SIDE SWAYING WHILE TRAVELING ON FLAT TERRAIN?
Uneven tire or track link wear causes “out-of-roundness” or pitch irregularities.
6. DOES THE OPERATING HANDLE FEEL ALTERNATELY LIGHT AND HEAVY?
Unstable pilot circuit pressure, potentially caused by pilot pump wear, clogged pilot filter, or pilot relief valve malfunction.
