1. Mining, Quarrying, and Heavy-Duty Operations
The XE270DK effortlessly handles heavy-duty tasks in small-to-medium-sized mines and quarries. Its customized low-speed, high-power, high-torque engine, reinforced boom and arm, and upgraded undercarriage track rollers—now featuring dual-side support instead of cantilevered design (boosting load capacity by over 50%)—make it exceptionally suited for rock extraction, ore excavation, and heavy material handling.
2. Highway, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
This excavator model is widely applicable for earthwork projects such as highway subgrade excavation and bridge/culvert foundation construction. Its powerful travel and digging forces, combined with an optional 1.5m³ earthmoving bucket, efficiently handle road construction materials to ensure smooth progress on transportation projects.
3. Municipal and Urban Construction
The XE270DK excels in urban foundation excavation, trench laying, and site leveling. Its agile operation adapts to relatively confined workspaces. The new cab offers comfortable and safe controls, while the refreshed machine appearance enhances operator comfort and efficiency during extended urban operations.
4. Agricultural Water Conservancy and Rural Development
For agricultural water conservancy projects, the XE270DK can excavate ditches, dig ponds, and undertake farmland reclamation. Its excellent fuel efficiency (optimized to reduce consumption by up to 6%) helps lower long-term operating costs, making it a reliable choice for improving agricultural infrastructure.
Before operation, check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant levels, with particular attention to the reinforced chassis and working equipment. After starting, idle for 3-5 minutes to warm up. Select the appropriate power mode (P/E, etc.) via the monitor based on operating conditions (mining/general). Maintain smooth operation during use and avoid sudden turns under heavy loads. During mining operations, regularly inspect the condition of the slewing bearing bolts. Thoroughly clean the equipment after use and check for wear at the base of the bucket teeth. Perform regular maintenance on the fuel system and hydraulic oil filter. Always observe the surroundings and maintain a safe working distance.
1. ENGINE EXHAUST EMITTING SMOKE OF DIFFERENT COLORS?
Black smoke: Incomplete combustion (clogged air filter, faulty injectors). Blue smoke: Burning engine oil (worn piston rings, valve stem seals). White smoke: Water in diesel fuel or damaged cylinder head gasket allowing coolant into combustion chamber.
2. ENGINE POWER DEFICIENCY WITH SEVERE SPEED DROP UNDER FULL LOAD?
Inspect the fuel system (fuel filter, fuel lines, injectors), intake system (air filter, turbocharger), and exhaust system (muffler, aftertreatment component for blockage).
3. ABNORMALLY RAPID WEAR ON PINS AND BUSHINGS?
The root cause is insufficient lubrication. Verify timely and standard grease application, and check for clogged grease fittings. Increase lubrication frequency under harsh operating conditions.
4. DOES THE EQUIPMENT FEEL EXTREMELY BUMPY WHEN TRAVELING ON HARD GROUND?
(For tracked equipment) Excessive track tension reduces cushioning effect.
5. AT IDLE, A “CLICKING” SOUND IS HEARD NEAR THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD, DISAPPEARING UPON ACCELERATION?
Possibly caused by a malfunctioning injector in one cylinder, resulting in rough combustion during idle.
6. BLACK GUMMY RESIDUE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DIESEL FILTER?
Poor diesel quality containing gummy substances, or corrosion protection coating peeling off the fuel tank interior.
