Product Introduction
The QAY300 is a 300-ton class all-terrain crane designed for powerful lifting and exceptional maneuverability. Featuring a seven-axle chassis with five-axle steering and four-axle drive, it delivers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 300 tons. Its elliptical-section boom and single-cylinder, rope-free automatic telescoping system ensure highly efficient operation. With a top travel speed of 72-80 km/h and a maximum gradeability of 50%, it adapts to complex terrain and enables rapid relocation.
Product Advantage
QAY300 adopts 7-axle chassis, 5-axle steering, 4-axle drive, elliptic section jib, and single-cylinder no-rope automatic stretch and retract, having strong lifting performance. Through the application of the fieldbus technique, the computer integration control technique makes the product failure diagnosis highly intelligent, and makes the control highly automatic. The mature application of limit load in accordance with the power makes the machine energy efficient, low noisy, environmental friendly, and safe. The variable-rigidity air and hydraulic suspension technique makes the machine comfortable to drive and have good stability and longitudinal trafficability.
The additional equipment of the machine includes super-lift device, luffing jib, and fixed lengthening jib, which increase the lifting performance and working scope in an unimaginable proportion. The working radius and lifting height are respectively up to 86m and 116m.

Product Uses
1. Wind Turbine Installation and Maintenance
This crane is ideally suited for wind turbine installation and maintenance operations. Equipped with a dedicated 8m wind turbine jib, it handles maintenance tasks for 1.5MW-2.0MW turbines and facilitates replacement of nacelles, blades, and other components. Its extended boom configuration meets lifting requirements at turbine hub height.
2. Large-Scale Infrastructure and Bridge Construction
Widely deployed at major construction sites like highways and bridges, it lifts heavy precast components, large steel sections, and other building materials. Its exceptional lifting capacity (300 tons) and extended boom effectively cover extensive, challenging work areas.
3. Industrial Equipment Installation and Retrofits in Petrochemical Plants and Power Stations
Used in retrofitting and installation projects at petrochemical plants and thermal power stations to hoist large equipment, steel structures, and pipelines.
4. Large-scale equipment hoisting in mines and quarries
Suitable for transporting large ore blocks, stone materials, heavy equipment components, and installing pipelines in mining and quarrying operations.
5. Port installation and large-scale logistics hoisting
At ports and large-scale construction sites, it efficiently handles loading/unloading and installation tasks for heavy cargo, large machinery, and materials. Its flexible maneuverability and precise control enhance operational efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
QAY300 operation must be strictly standardized. Before commencing work, ensure all outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the torque limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Use the intelligent control system to smoothly operate the boom, paying particular attention to the application of the superlift device's fixed-length tensioning technology. A dedicated signal person must direct lifting operations to ensure cargo is securely lashed and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified.
