The XCS45 container reach stacker is a high-efficiency, heavy-duty port handling equipment specially developed for container stacking, loading, unloading and transshipment scenarios. With a standard rated lifting capacity of 45 tons and a maximum lifting height of 15.1m, it is fully compatible with 20ft and 40ft standard shipping containers, realizing stable 5-layer container stacking, which greatly improves yard space utilization.
Powered by a reliable Volvo TAD1171VE high-power diesel engine with 265kW rated power and matched with DANA automatic transmission, the machine achieves strong power reserve, smooth shifting and excellent climbing performance. The optimized closed hydraulic system provides fast lifting and stable compound actions, effectively improving daily container handling volume. The whole machine adopts industrial-grade heavy-duty structural design, reinforced boom and chassis structure, adapting to long-term high-frequency outdoor continuous operation in harsh port environments.
With humanized operation layout, wide-view cab, intelligent monitoring system and complete safety protection devices, XCS45 greatly reduces operator fatigue and ensures operation safety. Compact overall structure and flexible steering system guarantee flexible driving in narrow yard passages. It is widely recognized as cost-effective and reliable container handling equipment for ports, logistics parks, freight stations and container rental businesses worldwide.
Rated 45-ton heavy lifting capacity, max 15.1m lifting height, supports 5-layer stacking of 8.6ft and 9.6ft high cube containers. Fully applicable to 20ft/40ft standard containers, covering mainstream container stacking and transshipment working conditions. Fast lifting speed and flexible slewing greatly improve terminal operation efficiency.
Adopts original Volvo TAD1171VE diesel engine with 265kW high power and 1862N·m large torque, strong power reserve and low fuel consumption. Matched with imported DANA automatic transmission, it realizes smooth gear shifting, stable walking and strong gradeability, adapting to complex yard road conditions and long-hour continuous operation.
Optimized closed hydraulic circulation system with rated working pressure up to 260bar. It realizes fast lifting, luffing and walking compound actions without stagnation. The energy-saving hydraulic circuit reduces invalid power loss, effectively lowering comprehensive fuel consumption during high-frequency container handling.
Reinforced high-strength boom and thickened chassis structure resist impact and fatigue wear. The whole machine meets EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4F emission standards, adapting to different regional environmental policies. Waterproof, dustproof and corrosion-resistant design suits coastal high-humidity and high-salt port harsh environments.
Panoramic wide-view cab with low vibration and noise reduction design, humanized control layout and clear instrument display. Equipped with container positioning auxiliary system, overload protection, anti-tilt device and real-time operating data monitoring system to ensure accurate, stable and safe container stacking operation. Convenient maintenance access design reduces daily inspection and after-sales maintenance costs.

Container Terminal Operation: Standard container stacking, container loading and unloading, container yard layout and arrangement
Logistics & Freight Yard: Large logistics park container transshipment, container temporary storage and handling
Port & Wharf Engineering: Coastal port daily container turnover, ship container loading and unloading auxiliary operation
Warehouse & Storage Base: Large container storage yard high-layer stacking, improving land utilization rate
Engineering Rental Business: Short-term and long-term leasing for port construction, logistics expansion and temporary terminal operation
Check engine oil, hydraulic oil level, tire pressure and wear condition before startup. Inspect container spreader locking device, hydraulic pipeline tightness and safety monitoring system. Confirm the yard ground is flat and firm without obstacles to ensure safe driving and stacking.
Start the engine and keep idle warm-up for 3-5 minutes. Check instrument data and fault alarm information. Operate empty load lifting and slewing test to confirm the hydraulic system and walking system work normally before formal operation.
Align the spreader with the container locking position accurately, complete locking and fixing before lifting. Lift the container steadily, avoid sharp shaking and sudden stop. Strictly follow the stacking height limit, keep stable speed during moving and stacking, and ensure accurate container alignment.
Lower the boom and keep the container at safe height during driving. Reduce speed when turning and crossing narrow passages. Avoid sharp turning and sudden braking with loaded cargo to prevent container tilting and falling.
Clean dust and dirt on the whole machine after daily work. Check hydraulic system for oil leakage, fasten loose bolts. Replace engine filter and hydraulic filter regularly, and maintain lubrication points to ensure long-term stable operation.
Warning: Only professionally certified operators are allowed to operate the container reach stacker. Overload stacking and over-height operation are strictly prohibited.
