check before startup
1. Daily inspection: Check whether the oil levels of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, etc. are normal, and inspect whether all components are loose or damaged.
2. Safety Confirmation: Ensure that the gearshift lever is in neutral (N) position, the brake pedal is locked, and the control levers of the scraper and the soil loosener are locked and lowered to the ground.
startup and preheating
1. Start the engine: Turn the key to the "Start" position. Each start should not exceed 10 seconds. If it fails, wait for 2 minutes. After startup, the key automatically returns to the "ON" position.
2. Preheating operation: After starting, let the engine run at low speed without load and check if the oil pressure gauge on the instrument panel indicates within the normal range. 5. After the water temperature gauge indicates the normal range, load operation can be carried out.
It is strictly prohibited to operate at high speed and high load immediately after starting, as this will seriously wear out the engine.

1. Start: Lift the shovel to 40-50 centimeters above the ground, release the brake lock, select the desired gear, and gently press the deceleration pedal to start smoothly.
2. Steering: Gently pull the steering lever. On flat ground, pull the joystick of the direction you turn to. Special note: When turning on a slope, the operation method may be opposite to that on flat ground. When turning right on a downhill slope, you need to pull the left directional pole.
3. Speed change/Reversing: Speed changes can be made while walking, but deceleration should be carried out before reversing (forward/backward) to reduce impact.

First, check the simple items: whether the transmission oil level is normal and whether the filter is clogged.

A4: This is usually a problem with the hydraulic system:
First, check: whether the hydraulic oil level is too low, whether the hydraulic oil filter element is clogged, and whether there is any obvious leakage in the hydraulic pipeline.
Further analysis: If the above is normal, possible causes may include a decline in the efficiency of the hydraulic pump, jamming of the control valve core, or internal leakage in the cylinder. Professional testing equipment is needed for pressure testing to determine.
A5: This is usually a sign that there is a problem with the single-sided steering clutch or brake.
• Initial operation: You can try to conduct a left and right steering test on a safe open ground to feel if the pulling forces on both sides are consistent.
Important Notice: Deviation during driving may affect the accuracy and safety of the operation. It is recommended to contact the service personnel as soon as possible for adjustment or maintenance.
