Check diesel fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil levels, and make sure there is no liquid leakage.
Inspect tire pressure, surface condition and tightness of wheel bolts.
Check safety guardrails, platform door, limit switches and emergency stop button.
Test alarm system and emergency lowering device to ensure normal operation.
Start the diesel engine and wait for system self-check and stable idle speed.
Drive the machine to a firm and flat working area, then engage the parking brake.
Operate control levers slowly to lift, extend and rotate the boom to the target position.
Adjust the platform angle for accurate positioning and strictly follow the load limit.
After work completion, retract the boom fully and lower the platform, then shut down the engine.
Do not exceed the rated load; follow corresponding load mode according to working requirements.
Operate only on solid ground, and the ground slope shall not exceed 5 degrees during operation.
Stop all operations immediately when wind speed exceeds 12.5m/s.
