Product Operate Guide
Before operation, wrap the machine around for inspection to ensure there are no abnormalities. Start the engine and let it idle for preheating. Select the vibration mode and amplitude (use high amplitude and low frequency for initial pressure, and low frequency and high frequency for re-pressure). Start slowly, change direction smoothly and avoid sudden stops. The final pressure is turned off and the vibration is turned off for static pressure surface finishing. Before shutting down, let the machine idle for cooling and carry out regular maintenance.

A: It is mainly used for the compaction of asphalt pavement, including the initial compaction, re-compaction and final compaction of the base layer and surface layer. It is a core equipment for the construction of high-grade highways, airports and municipal roads.
A: High amplitude is used for the initial compaction of thick layers or materials that are difficult to compact; Low amplitude is used for thin layering, final compaction or compaction with particle size restrictions on the material to achieve a smoother surface.
A: Check the levels of engine oil, coolant and fuel. Check the hydraulic oil level; Check if there is any adhered asphalt on the steel wheel. Check whether the sprinkler system is functioning properly. Walk around the vehicle to check for any oil or water leakage.
A: Replace the grease of the vibrating bearing strictly in accordance with the time specified in the operation manual (usually calculated by working hours). A: Yes, the vibration hydraulic system is the core. The hydraulic oil and filter element should be replaced after the first 500 hours. Under normal circumstances thereafter, they should be replaced every 1,000 hours. If the working environment is harsh, the oil change cycle should be appropriately shortened.
