Product Operate Guide
1. Start the system: Start the engine and let it idle to warm up.
Start the hydraulic system and position the equipment.
2. Parameter Setting: Set the initial parameters such as paving speed, vibration frequency, and compaction force on the control panel.
3. Start laying:
Align the mold with the reference line and slowly lower it to the construction position.
Turn on the screw distributor or scraper to evenly fill the silo with concrete.
Turn on the vibration rods and compaction rods to ensure the concrete is fully compacted.
Starting slowly, the equipment will automatically control the direction and elevation according to the preset reference to carry out continuous paving and shaping.
FAQ
A: "All-purpose" refers to the fact that the device is highly integrated in function and can be used for multiple purposes with one machine. By replacing different front-end molds (such as curbstone, drainage ditch, and guardrail molds), the paving and shaping of various concrete structures can be completed on the same main machine.
