1. Municipal and Road Construction
The XE135D is ideal for urban infrastructure projects such as small to medium-sized earthmoving projects, municipal construction, highway and bridge construction, and site leveling. With an operating weight of approximately 13,200 kilograms and equipped with a 0.32-0.61 cubic meter bucket, it can handle a variety of materials with flexibility, making it a reliable partner for municipal engineering projects.
2. Agricultural Water Conservancy and Canal Construction
In agricultural water conservancy projects, the XE135D is commonly used for canal excavation, waterway clearance, and land leveling. Its stable hydraulic system and precise control performance ensure efficient operation even in confined spaces, helping to improve agricultural drainage and irrigation systems.
3. Forestry and Landscape Engineering
With its excellent flexibility and compatibility with diverse attachments (such as hydraulic breakers and log grapples), the XE135D is suitable for forestry projects, landscape construction, and small-scale earthmoving tasks, including clearing, transporting, and precise grading.
4. Mining and Harsh Environment Operations
The XE135D features a reinforced X-frame and a 20-ton-class side beam design, enhancing the machine's impact resistance and deformation resistance, enabling it to operate in harsh environments such as mines and perform heavy-duty tasks like mineral excavation and site clearance.
To enhance your XE135D experience, first familiarize yourself with the Smart Power Control System (S/P mode) and switch flexibly between high efficiency and energy saving modes according to the working conditions. Operate smoothly and avoid rough driving. Make full use of the quick connectors to easily replace various attachments and achieve multi-purpose use. Regularly check the filters and track tension to significantly extend the service life of the equipment and ensure optimal performance.
1. AFTER THE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN PARKED ON A SLOPE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, DOES IT EXPERIENCE BRIEF LOSS OF CONTROL DURING OPERATION?
The spool of the main control valve shifts due to gravity, causing pressure relief in one chamber of the cylinder. When operating again, the hydraulic fluid requires time to replenish, which is normal.
2. NEWLY REPLACED HYDRAULIC HOSES EXHIBIT EXTREMELY SHORT SERVICE LIFE?
Excessive system pressure surges (e.g., slow safety valve response), installation-induced twisting deformation, or friction during hose mounting can significantly reduce hose lifespan.
3. FOAMING OCCURS INSIDE THE HYDRAULIC OIL TANK?
This may result from the return line inlet being positioned above the oil surface, a failed seal on the separate return filter element causing return oil to impact the surface and draw in air, or incorrect oil type.
4. PUMP NOISE INTENSIFIES NOTICEABLY WHEN THE EXCAVATOR BUCKET CYLINDER REACHES ITS LIMIT POSITION?
Normal. At this point, system pressure reaches the relief valve setting, causing the pump to operate in high-pressure bypass mode with maximum load.
5. CRANE BOOM EXHIBITS “NODDING” OR IMPACT DURING LOWERING?
Blocked damping orifice or worn spool in the balancing valve causes unstable back pressure. Clean or replace the balancing valve.
6. LOAD-SENSING SYSTEM RESPONSE DELAY?
LS (Load Sensing) lines or LS damping orifices on pumps/valves are clogged, slowing pressure signal transmission.
