FAQ
1. DO PERSONALIZED SETTINGS ON THE EQUIPMENT REVERT TO DEFAULT AFTER BATTERY POWER LOSS?
Normal. These settings are typically stored in RAM and are lost after power loss. Refer to the manual for reconfiguration.
2. STRANGE NOISES FROM VARIOUS COVERS ON THE EQUIPMENT?
Loose retaining clips or locks, or aged/failed shock-absorbing rubber pads.
3. MOISTURE REMAINS INSIDE WATERPROOF CONNECTORS?
Sealing rings were not properly installed during connection, or the sealing rings have aged and failed.
4. ABNORMALLY HIGH TEMPERATURE IN THE HYDRAULIC PUMP HOUSING RETURN LINE?
Severe internal pump wear has increased internal leakage. High-pressure oil leaks into the housing, causing throttling and heat generation.
5. EQUIPMENT AUTOMATIC IDLE FUNCTION MALFUNCTIONING?
Check if the pilot pressure detection switch or sensor under the control lever is faulty, or if this function is disabled in the ECU.
6. FEELING POWER BEING STOLEN DURING COMPOUND OPERATIONS?
Caused by the hydraulic system's total flow allocation logic or the pump's power regulation response—a normal system characteristic. If excessive, inspect the pump control system.
