Product Operate Guide
Before the XS303S operation, check the oil, steel wheels and sprinkler system. Select the high-amplitude (thick layer) or low-amplitude (thin layer) mode based on the material thickness. Maintain a uniform compaction speed. Do not idle when working on slopes. Be careful to avoid obstacles and follow the proper transition procedures. Compared with mechanical transmission, it is more convenient to operate (only the control handle is needed), can achieve stepless speed change, has smoother reversing and speed change, less impact, higher transmission efficiency, better reliability, and is more suitable for the complex working conditions of super heavy equipment.
A: In addition to the routine checks (oil, leakage, cleaning), due to its large tonnage, special checks are required:
1. Structural components and bolts: Focus on inspecting the tightness of bolts at key parts such as the vibrating wheel, frame, and hinge frame.
2. Braking system: Check the air pressure or brake fluid to ensure reliable braking.
3. Tire pressure: Ensure it is consistent on both sides and meets the specified value to prevent the vehicle body from tilting.
A: The maintenance cycle must strictly follow the manual regulations, and even be more frequent. Due to its extremely heavy load, the quality requirements for lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and filters are extremely high. It is necessary to use the designated type of oil recommended by XCMG and genuine filter elements, and closely monitor the cleanliness of the oil.
This system can display the compaction degree, the number of passes and the temperature in real time, avoiding missed compaction and overcompaction, achieving quality traceability, greatly improving the construction quality and management level, and is particularly suitable for sections with strict requirements.
A: 1. Check if the air filter is clogged (the air filter is prone to getting dirty under heavy load conditions); 2. Check if the fuel filter is clogged; 3. Check whether the turbocharger pipelines are leaking. Because of its high power demand, smooth intake and exhaust are of vital importance.
A: 1. Stop the machine immediately for a rest and check the hydraulic oil level and quality. 2. Check whether the hydraulic oil radiator is blocked by dust and debris (it needs to be cleaned frequently); 3.
