I. Pre-work inspection
1. Inspection around the vehicle: Check whether the vehicle body, mast, and forks are intact and undamaged, and whether the tire pressure is normal.
2. Battery power check: Confirm that the battery is fully charged and that the connection wires are not loose or corroded.
3. Functional test: After startup, test whether the lights, horn, brakes, hydraulic lifting and tilting functions are normal.
Ii. Startup and Driving
1. Safe boarding: Hold the handrail tightly, get on the vehicle smoothly and fasten your seat belt.
Make sure the gear is in neutral before starting.
2. Smooth operation: When driving, accelerate and decelerate smoothly. Reduce the speed in advance before turning and pay attention to observing the surrounding environment and blind spots.
3. Standardized driving: Drive along the designated routes and at the prescribed speeds within the factory area. It is strictly prohibited to carry passengers.

A: It is usually equipped with a 48V lead-acid battery (with a common capacity of 500-600Ah), and the battery life depends on the actual working conditions (such as load, frequency, road slope, etc.). Generally, it can work continuously for 6-8 hours (one shift). Supports fast charging and opportunistic charging. It is recommended to avoid complete discharge.
