Before operation, check whether the hydraulic oil level, lubrication system and feeding and discharging devices are normal. When loading materials, make sure the vehicle comes to a complete stop, reduce the engine speed to idle and engage the power take-off to control the loading speed. During transportation, the mixing drum should keep rotating at a low speed to prevent the concrete from solidifying or segregation. When unloading, accurately locate the position, adjust the engine speed according to the working conditions to control the unloading speed, and clean the mixing drum and the inlet and outlet troughs in time after completion.
