Product Introduction
The SQ8SK3Q prioritizes safety with multiple standard safety features, including an anti-overwind alarm, significantly improving operational security. Its advanced hydraulic system ensures smooth, reliable performance and simplified operation throughout all lifting tasks.
Product Advantage
1.Throttle Control System
Changing the form of previous manipulation and throttle operation individually,Realization of the bilateral handle synchronous and driving throttle acceleration and deceleration automatically, due to the speed change steady,it can easily to carry out the lifting work.
2.End position automatic hook device
Maximum savings in preparation time before and after operation, to ensure that customer's vehicle could be in a driving state in the shortest time, and prevent crane damage accident caused by hoist swing to enhance the safety of driving.
3.Hoisting overwinder device
If a user is negligent or unfamiliar with the operation of lifting hooks, the hoisting overwinder device will stop hook raise in time, to prevent the safety of personal and property caused by fracture of wire rope.

Product Uses
1. Construction and Municipal Engineering
This crane is suitable for construction sites and municipal projects, effectively lifting building materials such as precast slabs and reinforcing bars. Its flexibility enables safe operation in confined urban environments, meeting diverse lifting requirements.
2. Mining and Quarries
This crane can lift heavy loads like ore and rock in mining and quarry operations. However, special attention must be paid to site levelness, environmental dust, and climatic conditions. Strict adherence to safety regulations and enhanced equipment maintenance are essential to ensure safety and suitability.
3. Logistics Warehousing and Port Terminals
In logistics yards, warehousing centers, and port terminals, this equipment facilitates cargo loading/unloading and material handling. Its 360-degree rotation capability meets diverse operational demands in complex working conditions, boosting handling efficiency.
4. Equipment Installation and Maintenance
In factory and workshop environments, it facilitates heavy-load lifting during equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs. Its pentagonal and hexagonal boom technology enhances bending resistance, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
5. Other Comprehensive Applications
With excellent maneuverability and stable operation provided by its advanced hydraulic system, this crane can also handle emergency rescue operations or special tasks requiring high safety standards.
Product Operate Guide
Operating the SQ8SK3Q requires a valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment before operation to confirm the integrity of the wire rope, hooks, and safety devices. Fully extend the outriggers on solid, level ground to ensure stable support. Strictly adhere to the load chart (maximum lifting capacity: 8 tons). Overloading is strictly prohibited. Maintain smooth movements during operation, utilizing the 360° full rotation and multi-section telescopic boom for precise positioning. Continuously monitor the surrounding environment; never pass loads over personnel. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the hydraulic system. After completing operations, fully retract the boom to the transport position and disconnect the power supply.
FAQ
1. AFTER CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL, THE SYSTEM SHOWS INCREASED FOAMING?
This may be due to adding low-quality oil with poor anti-foaming properties, or failing to thoroughly flush out old oil during the change, causing a reaction between additives in the new and old oils.
2. HYDRAULIC TANK LEVEL GAUGE DISPLAYS INACCURATELY?
The gauge float may be stuck, or the outer wall of the transparent tube may be contaminated with oil residue. Cleaning or replacement is required.
3. ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE RETENTION TIME IS TOO SHORT?
The accumulator bladder or diaphragm may be ruptured, or the charging valve may be leaking. Recharging with nitrogen or replacement is necessary.
4. AUTOMATIC SLOW MOVEMENT IN ONE DIRECTION DURING TILTED OPERATION?
Valve spool deviates from center position due to gravity, or internal leakage paths in the actuator have changed.
5. ABNORMALLY HIGH TEMPERATURE IN THE PUMP HOUSING RETURN LINE?
Severe internal pump wear increases internal leakage, causing high-pressure oil to leak into the housing and throttle, generating heat.
6. DOES THE ECU OR DISPLAY SCREEN POWER OFF WITH A DELAY AFTER THE IGNITION SWITCH IS TURNED OFF?
This is normal. Most ECUs are designed with a power-off delay function to store data and complete self-checks.
