Startup and preheating:
1. Boarding and confirmation: Ensure that there are no people or obstacles around the machine and safely board the operation platform.
2. Power-on: Turn the key switch to the "ON" position, observe the self-check on the instrument panel, and check if there are any fault codes.
3. Start the engine
Sound the horn as a warning.
Set the throttle to the low-speed idle position.
Turn the key to start the engine. If it fails to start, wait for one minute and try again.
4. Preheating and idling: Let the engine idle for 5 to 10 minutes, especially in cold weather, to warm up the hydraulic oil. During this period, check whether the readings of each instrument (such as oil pressure, water temperature, etc.) are normal.
