Before commencing work, a comprehensive inspection of the oil, braking, steel wheels and the status of the intelligent system is necessary. Select the high-amplitude (ultra-thick layer/rock) or low-amplitude (final pressure/thin layer) mode based on the type of filler and the thickness of the layup (it is recommended to refer to the construction process). When rolling, maintain a constant speed and ensure the width of the overlapping wheels is uniform. When working on a slope, neutral gear is strictly prohibited. A low-speed gear should be used instead. The intelligent compaction system needs to pre-set compaction parameters and monitor data in real time.
