Product Uses
1. Large-scale Infrastructure Construction
Ideal for major construction sites such as highways and bridges, handling heavy precast components, large steel structures, and other building materials. Its exceptional lifting capacity and extended boom configurations effectively cover extensive, challenging work areas.
2. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for transporting large ore blocks, stone materials, heavy equipment components, and installing pipelines in mining and quarry sites. Its rugged chassis and robust off-road capabilities, combined with a six-axle all-terrain chassis and air-oil suspension system, enable operation in rugged and harsh conditions. However, special attention must be paid to environmental protection and equipment maintenance.
3. Oilfield and Energy Base Construction
In oilfield and energy project sites, it facilitates large equipment installation, heavy pipe handling, and auxiliary maintenance tasks. Its formidable lifting capacity and environmental adaptability meet diverse construction demands.
4. Power Engineering Construction
This model is positioned for wind power construction projects up to 2.0MW, efficiently completing wind turbine installation tasks. Its extended boom and precise control system ensure high efficiency and safety during wind turbine hoisting operations.
5. Large Ports and Heavy Logistics Hubs
In large ports and heavy logistics hubs, it efficiently handles the loading, unloading, and transfer of heavy cargo, large machinery, and materials.
6. Large-Scale Equipment Joint Lifting
During major maintenance or installation projects at chemical plants, steel mills, and similar sites, multiple heavy-tonnage cranes often collaborate. The QAY200 can coordinate with other heavy-tonnage cranes to lift oversized and super-heavy equipment.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, ensure outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the torque limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, paying attention to the stability of its six-axle all-terrain chassis. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct operations to ensure cargo is securely lashed and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified.
FAQ
1. FINE STRESS CRACKS APPEARING NEAR STEEL STRUCTURE WELDS?
Fatigue cracks caused by residual welding stresses or long-term alternating loads. Prompt welding repairs and stress relief are required.
2. IRREGULAR CRACKING ON TIRE SIDEWALLS?
Tire aging, or prolonged operation in harsh gravel yards causing cuts from sharp objects.
3. MOISTURE PERSISTS INSIDE WATERPROOF CONNECTORS?
Sealing rings not properly seated during connection or degraded/failed sealing rings.
4. PRESSURE TEST FITTINGS AT MONITORING PORTS FREQUENTLY FAIL?
Failure to slowly depressurize after testing; high-pressure oil surges instantly damage ball valves. Improper operation or substandard fittings.
5. HYDRAULIC TANK LEVEL GAUGE DISPLAYS INACCURATE READINGS?
The gauge float is stuck, or oil contamination on the outer wall of the transparent tube. Cleaning or replacement is required.
6. HYDRAULIC HOSE SURFACES BECOME ABNORMALLY HOT AFTER SYSTEM OPERATION?
Internal hose lining may have flaked off and clogged the passage due to aging, causing localized throttling and high temperatures. This is extremely dangerous and requires immediate replacement.
