Product Introduction
This model incorporates intelligent boom technology and a passenger-car-grade human-machine interface system, significantly enhancing operational comfort, precision, and safety. Its new energy-efficient hydraulic system ensures outstanding micro-movement control and smoothness. The K-type outrigger structure provides exceptional operational stability.
Product Advantage
Super lifting performance
5-section boom of 44.5 m with U-type profile is the longest of the same class in the industry; the max. parts of line is 12 for the main hook block. The performance is 10% higher than that of the competitors, under 9.5t full counter weight condition, preced about 22%. The telescoping mode is updated from sequential telescoping to random telescoping. The change of boom length is more efficient, and the performance of medium- long boom is higher;.
New energy-saving hydraulic system
The min. stable slewing speed is 0.1°/s. The min. stable lifting speed (drum) is 2.5m/min. Precise and safe lifting movements can be realized. Independent cooling technology of the hydraulic motor can make the thermal balance temperature of the hydraulic system below 80ºC. It can work normally in the high temperature environment and thus the hoisting operation is safe and reliable.
Low-speed large-torque power drive system
Resulting in perfect combination of high power performance and low fuel consumption, i.e.12% reduction in fuel consumption for driving, 15% for operation, and 15% improvement in power performance.

Product Uses
1. Urban Construction and Municipal Engineering
The XCT55L5 is ideally suited for space-constrained operations such as urban construction sites, municipal pipeline networks, and renovation projects in older residential areas. Its compact overall design and excellent maneuverability enable it to operate in narrow city streets, performing tasks like pipe laying and small equipment hoisting while minimizing disruption to residents' daily lives and traffic flow.
2. Transportation Infrastructure and Port Operations
This crane is widely deployed in large-scale infrastructure projects like ports, bridges, and highways. Its robust lifting capacity and extended boom design efficiently handle critical tasks such as hoisting large precast beams and installing steel structures, ensuring timely progress on major engineering projects.
3. Industrial Plant and Energy Project Maintenance/Installation
The XCT55L5 handles large equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in complex industrial environments like petrochemical plants, oilfields, and mines. Its precise control and stability ensure safe, efficient hoisting and positioning of heavy equipment like reactors and tanks.
4. Material Lifting in Mining Quarries
The XCT55L5 is capable of lifting operations in mining quarries, with its 55-ton lifting capacity meeting heavy material handling and hoisting demands. However, operating in such harsh environments requires special attention to terrain adaptability, safety precautions, and regular equipment maintenance to ensure safety and stability.
5. Projects Requiring Rapid Relocation and High-Frequency Operations
With its outstanding mobility and energy-efficient characteristics, the XCT55L5 is ideally suited for comprehensive lifting operations requiring frequent movement between sites and rapid response. It significantly reduces relocation time and operational costs, enhancing economic efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, check that the outriggers are fully extended and ensure the ground is solid. Keep the crane level during operation and never overload it. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining a safe distance from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and steadily, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear. After completing work, retract the boom, secure the hook, and maintain daily equipment maintenance records.
FAQ
1. IF I ACCIDENTALLY OVERFILL THE ENGINE OIL SLIGHTLY PAST THE DIPSTICK MARK, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
It's best to drain the excess. Excessive oil level increases crankshaft resistance, potentially causing oil to enter the combustion chamber and leading to oil seal leakage.
2. WHY ARE THERE INDENTATIONS ON THE CONTACT SURFACES BETWEEN TRACK LINKS AND PINS?
Poor lubrication causes dry friction, resulting in severe abrasive wear.
3. DOES THE ECU OR DISPLAY SCREEN POWER OFF WITH A DELAY AFTER TURNING OFF THE IGNITION?
This is normal. Most ECUs are designed with a power-off delay to store data and complete self-checks.
4. AFTER CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL, DOES THE SYSTEM SHOW INCREASED FOAMING?
This may be due to adding low-quality oil with poor anti-foaming properties, or incomplete removal of old oil during the change, causing a reaction between the additives in the new and old oils.
5. DURING COMPOUND OPERATIONS, DOES IT FEEL LIKE POWER IS BEING STOLEN?
This is caused by the hydraulic system's total flow distribution logic or the pump's power regulation response, representing normal system characteristics. If excessive, inspect the pump control system.
6. IS THERE STILL MOISTURE INSIDE THE WATERPROOF CONNECTOR?
This occurs when the seal ring was not properly installed during connection or when the seal ring has aged and failed.
