Check tire condition, brake system, hydraulic oil level and pipeline sealing. Inspect boom structure, steel wire rope, hook and safety lock. Confirm the ground bearing capacity is sufficient and place support base plates under outriggers.
Start the engine and keep idling for several minutes to check instrument indicators. Fully extend four outriggers, level the vehicle body and lock the safety positioning device.
Connect the sling stably and keep the load balanced. Lift the goods slowly off the ground firstly to check stability. Keep smooth operation during boom stretching, luffing and slewing; avoid sudden start, sudden stop and sharp turning. Do not exceed the rated lifting load under any working radius.
Put down the goods steadily, retract the hook and wire rope in place. Retract the boom to the storage state, fold and retract outriggers. Idle the engine for a while then shut down power. Clean the whole machine and do daily inspection and maintenance.
Stop working in strong windy and bad weather. It is forbidden to stand under the boom and suspended load. Do not overload lifting or oblique pulling and slanting hanging. Operators must be professionally trained and follow safety operation regulations.
